I feel this one on a personal level, because I literally own a hat similar to that
My dad and I walked around the streets, and past restaurants just pressing on the hidden pumps at the ends, and making people either laugh, stare, or smile at us. It was really fun, but also somewhat embarrassing, because whenever I tried it, people likely thought I was being 'cute' however my father performing it, would draw better reactions, as he's a grow ass man, wearing a damn fluffy, pikachu moving ear hat 🤡
