Oakley isn't new to Eastwood uni but today is the day she has to pack up her old dorm room and move to the higher graded rooms and she has to leave all the other friends behind.
she had tried to convince them to stay her friend because grades don't define a person but to them, I guess it does so she is practically starting fresh and boy is she not excited for this "new beginning"
(Oakley pov)
I'm starting to clean the empty dorm room for the next dreadfully tired and drunken teens to come and stay in when I nearly forgot my phone in my old room. I went in to get it when the front door to the dorm room swung open with a girl my age with shoulder-length blonde hair and a cute dress on, she looked at me and asked " are you Oakley tate ?".
"um yes... yes I am and who are you ?" I asked awkwardly out of curiosity " oh I'm Sunday you'll be moving into my dorm room so I just wanted to show you the way just in case you got lost and I am just really excited to see you well me you so um yea" she said in a quick mouth full I just stared at her in a confused stance " oh well I was just grabbing my phone so ill be back k" " ok um did you like clean this place its spotless and so shiny clean jeez ?" " UM YEA I DID I JUST thought it would be a kind and cleanly gesture and I was just raised the way so it's kinda a habit "I yelled halfway through my sentence whilst coming back from getting my phone. " Alright, let's get you settled into your/our dorm room shall we "she moved her arm towards the door as I grabbed my stuff and she help me walk with them across to the other side of campus which was a long and slowly tiring walk.
we got to the dorm room and the higher graded rooms were so big and better than the lower graded student's rooms which made sense but kinda felt wrong but I just left it as It was admiring the wonderful rooms and view omg the view from her was incredible wow I was speechless.
( if you can imagine a long white modern university building then that's what I'm imagining and this is the view from the dorm)

As I unpacked in my dorm room i got a message from Mary, my old friend, I should say.
MARY ( IN CAPS ) M=MARY Oakley (in lower case) o=oakley
M- there is a party up your and of the campus tonight wanna join?
why would you even bother asking when you didn't want to be my friend -o
M- I just thought it would be nice
what would be nice is if you didn't neglect me coz I got into the higher grade-o
