Dewey and Tessa were still sat in his trailer. It was still early morning.
"Can I come and see the girls?" Dewey asked.
"Yeah, I'll just Randy a ring to say we are coming. He will be pleased to see you" Tessa smiled just happy.
Tessa dialed her husband and told him that Dewey and her would be back shortly.
They got in Dewey's truck and drove to Tessa and Randy's home.
They arrived and got out of the truck and went towards the front door.
"Cici! Sidney! There's someone here who wants to see you" Tessa shouted upstairs.
The girls both came running down the stairs and smiled when they saw "uncle Dewey!" They both ran to him and gave him a hug.
"Hey girls! Hope you have been good for your Mom and dad" Dewey said embracing his nieces.
"Uncle Dewey! We missed you!" They both said.
Then Randy came into the room " hey Dew, it's good to see you" He said giving a handshake and man hug.
"It's good to see you too Randy" Dewey smiled.
They all sat down when Tessa brought coffee in.
"I've just spoken to Martha" Randy said. "She wants us three to go to her house once Sidney and Cici have gone to school".
"OK, did she say why?" Asked Tessa stirring her mug of coffee.
"Something to do with this whole ghostface thing. Apparently Sam and her boyfriend are gonna be there too" Randy told them both.
Cici and Sidney had gone back to their bedrooms whilst the adults talked.
"And Tara's friends including Mindy and Chad" Randy added.
"This will be fun. Your movie nerd niece" Tessa smirked.
"I need to talk to you Randy" Dewey said seriously.
"I'll go and make sure the girls are ok" Tessa said kissing Randy's cheek and leaving the room.
"So, what's up?" Randy asked.
"I need you to promise me something" Dewey said.
"Anything" Randy replied.
"If something happens to me I need you to make sure Tessa and the girls are safe" Dewey said holding his emotions in.
"You know I will but nothing will happen to you. You're invincible" Randy laughed.
"I dunno if I'll be strong enough to survive another attack" Dewey said.
"Dew, Dew, you will be fine" Randy said reassuringly.
"I hope so, I want to see those two grow up. But just incase my will is in my top draw. You and Tessa and the girls have everything I have left which is a bit to keep you going for a while". Dewey said seriously.
Randy was starting to choke up "Oh Dewey. We've missed you so much".
"And I've missed you all too. I need to make things right with all of you" Dewey said.
"Have you spoken to Sid and Gale?" Randy asked.
"I spoke to Sid and told her not to come here whatever happens. She's doing good. As for Gale, I couldn't get the courage to ring so I just texted to not come here" He explained.
"Do you still love her?" Randy asked.
"Yes I do. But I'll probably never get the chance to get her back" Dewey said sadly.
"I'm sure she knows it. But telling her to not come here, you are protecting her" Randy said.
"I know" Dewey said sighing.
"Why don't you go to New York when this is all over and talk to her?" Randy suggested.
"Yeah... maybe.." Dewey said optimistically.
