"But at the same time it's like, can I even be upset about this? I mean he did tell me about it." I shrugged as I looked over at Courtney and Victoria.
Courtney just made it in from being on vacation. So I'm really glade she was able to join us, I missed her ass like crazy.
"Oh Ari, I can't imagine what it feels like to get news like that. Especially from someone you really like, but at least he didn't lie to you." Court said with a shrug.
I nodded and shrugged.
"It is great that he told you. But you were gonna find out anyway, he has her on tour with you guys." Vic added with an eye roll. "Plus you know how I feel about him."
By now, everyone knew how much she couldn't stand Ace. It was no secret at all.
I rolled around in my chair and tapped my finger on my chin. "Yeah I guess."
Court smiled and placed her hand on my leg. "Look, I know I haven't been here the entire time. So I don't have a first handed look on everything that's happened. But from what you've told me, I can't tell you really like this boy and when you have feelings for someone.. you feel hard."
Oh god was she right.
"So, if you're really feeling this guy, then don't let this get in between what you two could possibly have. This girl, he obviously doesn't have any special feelings for her if he wants to be with you."
Obviously? Hmm not so sure about that one.
He's so hard to read. One of the hardest people actually.
I can't tell if their together or if she's strictly here because she's pregnant. I think that's what bothers me the most. When I realized that he was still sleeping with her, it hurt me. Because he told me that it wasn't like that.
"You know, I get that he has a responsibility to her. But he does way more than he needs to and that's what kills me. He always takes her side and he never believes me."
Vic nodded. "Yeah like from that time at the party?"
I nodded rubbing my fingers through my hair. "Yeah exactly like that. So I feel like why try with him sometime."
"Yeah well I can see why not." Vic mumbled and Courtney shoved her.
