Still completely perplexed, I drive Leo back to his connection. What just happened earlier? I still feel that telltale tingling in me and try to concentrate on the ride instead. Leo's hand rests calmly on my thigh, his thumb stroking me every now and then and it calms me down, yet doesn't make me forget that damn Jennie Kim.

Did she really dump me just now?

Did I really offer myself to her just now?

I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I didn't realize we were now parked in front of Leo's compound. It's now nine o'clock in the evening and apparently there's already a good party going on there. How does college always have to have parties? Whereby did the Bittenschoen have all the money for the alcohol and whatnot? I've never been to a "college party" until now. Just regular friends' parties where we would drink, dance, talk and have fun in their basement or something. Is there a special difference? I do not know.

"Thanks for the wonderful day, Lis." Leo pulls much out of my thoughts, I quickly shifting my gaze to him and smiling.

"You're welcome."

Leo gives me a loving kiss on my cheek before he gets out. I turn the engine back on and drive away. I had promised Rosé I would take her to the club today.
