The following day, Amaya was still at the undercroft with Ned and MJ. Peter had received a call from May that someone they were looking for showed up at the soup kitchen. Peter rushed over there, thinking she was in danger, but Norman Osborn was himself when Peter showed up. The Goblin wasn't in control, leaving Norman confused about what was happening. May drove them back to the Sanctum, and Peter walked into the undercroft with Norman following behind him.

"Um, guys, this is Mr. Osborn," Peter said. Amaya, MJ, and Ned all stood up and turned around. Amaya was out of her suit and back in regular clothing.

"Hey, it's doctor," Norman said as he pointed the finger at Peter.

"Sorry. Um, Dr. Osborn, these are my friends and my girlfriend. This is Ned, Amaya, and MJ." Peter introduced, and they all awkwardly waved while Norman looked at MJ.

"Mary Jane?" He asked.

"Michelle Jones, actually," MJ responded.

"Fascinating," Norman said as he walked past them and into the crypt. Ned turned to look at MJ.

"Do you think there are other Ned Leedses? Or even other Amaya Rogers'?" Ned asked as he looked at his friends. Now Amaya was curious about the same thing. Since they now know the multiverse is real, are there other variants of her somewhere in the world? Sometimes she had dreams, and her dreams were always different every time, but what Amaya didn't know yet was that they weren't dreams.

She was seeing the lives and memories of her other variants.

Norman walked into the crypt, and Amaya loosely followed behind, just in case she had to use the sleeve on him. But then Norman noticed someone. "Octavious?" He called out. Doc Ock turned around, shocked to see Norman standing there.

"Osborn?" He asked.

"What... What happened to you?" Norman asked.

"What happened to me? You're the walking corpse." Otto said. Amaya cautiously took a step forward because she didn't know if this conversation would unnerve Norman.

"What do you mean?" Norman asked.

"You died, Norman. Years ago." Otto said.

"You're insane," Norman said as he shook his head.

"God, I love it here." Max chimed in.

"What are you talking about?" Peter called out. Amaya turned around and noticed he was approaching. "He's standing right there. He's not...-" Peter was cut off.

"...-Dead. They both died fighting Spider-Man." Flint said. Amaya and Norman turned to look at Peter, and Amaya raised an eyebrow as Flint continued. "It was all over the news. Green Goblin, impaled by the glider you flew around on. And a couple of years later, you, Doc Ock, drowned in the river with your machine." Flint explained.

"That's nonsense. Spider-Man was trying to stop my fusion reactor, so I stopped him. I had him, by the throat, and then I..., and then I was here." Otto said as the realization came over his face.

"Ah, please. Let me tell you something. I was whupping Spider-Man's ass. He'll tell you. And then he caused an overload. I was stuck in the grid, absorbing data. I was about to turn into pure energy, and then... And then uh... And then... Oh, shit. I was about to die." Max said.

"Max, do you know? Do I die?" Dr. Connors, the lizard, asked. Before Max could answer, Amaya could feel another presence entering the room. When she turned to her side, she saw a magical ring, and Dr. Strange appeared.
