Ran flinched when he felt you shivering in his arms, "Y/n? Hey, wake up." He's shaking you but you just hummed as a response. You feel so cold and dizzy that you can't ever utter words.

"You're burning up!" He exclaimed and was about to get off the bed but you hugged him tightly. "S-Stay with me here..." You mumbled while pressing your body on his, feeling Ran's warmth to ease the cold you're feeling.

"But I won't be able to get you medicine, y/n. I'll ask Rindou to cook for you, what do you want, hm?" He softly asked as he caressed your hair. He is worried but he can't let the panic take over him but the way you shiver in his arms is scaring him.

"I'm allergic to flu medicines..." You said weakly, "It's no use giving them to me. Just let me rest, please?" You continued. This feels better actually, my body is aching and burning up. I won't have enough time to think about trivial things. You thought and smiled. "I'll be fine."

"What? You want me to watch you be like this? I'm taking you to the hospital." He firmly said and there is a hint of irritation in his voice but it's not directed to you. He hates how he let his emotions get ahead of him and strained your body last night.

Ran properly laid you on the bed, he started dressing you up and you just let him, not having enough strength to fight back. "We're going to the hospital, y/n." He said and was about to carry you when you hit his hand weakly.

"Stop. I don't want to go there." You coughed, "I'll stay here." You stubbornly muttered, making Ran sigh. Brushing his long hair up out of frustration before he put it in a messy bun. He leaned on you to kiss your forehead, "You're stubborn, y/n."

You smiled weakly, "You just found out? Just let me sleep again." You mumbled before wrapping yourself in a blanket. Ran pecked on your lips, "Rest well. I'll wake you up later to make you eat."

After dressing up, Ran walked out of the room and he saw his brother in the living room stretching so early in the morning. "Hey, Rin." He called his brother, making Rindou look at him.

"Oh. Hey brother, sounds like you had fun last night." He said with a teasing look. "I am tempted to join but you might get angry." He continued teasing Ran. He did not mind his brother's naughty remarks.

"Shut up, Rindou. Cook some porridge for y/n." Ran said, feeling pissed.

"Why? Did she bite her tongue while sucking your di—"

"Haitani Rindou!" Ran warned making Rindou raise his arms like he's surrendering. "Chill brother, I'm just teasing you."

"She's sick. She said she's allergic to medicines so at least cook for her. I don't know how to cook." Ran said genuinely worried for your being. It is his fault that you're sick, but he romanced you till you passed out on him. He never lost control like this before. Seriously, what are you doing to me, y/n?

"That's worrisome. You should bring her to the hospital."

"Yeah, but she doesn't want to. I don't want to force her Rin, so just cook." Ran sighed.

"Alright." Rindou said before going to the kitchen, Rindou just obeyed since he also liked your presence. His reckless brother is starting to change for the better so he doesn't need to worry anymore.

Ran slumped on the couch, manspreading. He looked up and used his arm to cover his eyes. "I should've refrained myself last night and just let her rest, Damn it. I don't even know how to treat someone who has medicine allergies." He mumbled to himself.

He was searching for ways to cure you when Izana entered his mind. He's been with you since you were young, maybe he knows how to treat you. No, he surely knows how.
