You had woken up earlier, which is weird since you usually sleep again after snoozing your alarm for five minutes.

You go downstairs, passing by a pass out Zeniko on the table, toast hanging loosely by her fingers. You walk behind your father, who is stirring miso soup.
"Good morning, dad," You greet him. He leans out his head, humming as he feels a kiss on his cheek. A simple gesture that always cheers him up, a kiss from his family.
You snort looking at your sister state as you pick up yoghurt drink from the fridge. You put it in your bag."What happen to her?"
"I woke her up on time like she requested me to. Said that I need to wake her up no matter what. So I sprayed her face with Fabreeze in the face," He nonchalantly answers, not looking up from his cooking.
You laugh, "No wonder I can smell strong fragrance on her," You take a seat beside her. The stench was a bit strong so you make sure to seat a bit far from her.
You look at the table, seeing a lot of side dishes.
"This is a lot," You comment, eyes greedily taking up the sight of food.
"I want to do something for my family, especially for my kids who starts their first day of school," He says, turning off the stove and prepare some bowls.
Then your mother shows up. She seems to had just waken up considering her showing up in all glory of haggardness. Messy bird nest of hair, messy pyjamas. In her mouth, is a toothbrush.
"Oh honey, you don't have to do this. It's my job not yours," She argues, walking up to him.
Nevertheless, your father never changes his expression though there is amusement. He brushes her forehair and gives her a kiss on the temple.
