Ever since then, you and your group always stop by the convenience store on your to school.
Never have you thought this would be your daily basis. Don't get me wrong, you love going to convenience store, getting snacks and what not.
But the money you've been saving begins depleting. Months of hard consideration saving the bank notes, to even coins as you resist yourself from the temptation of confectionery products. Gone like that.
You love spending just as much you love saving money.
You stare at you few remaining bank notes in sulk.
"Thank you for coming," The cashier says, handing over plastic bag at you. You pressed you lips, peering in the bag, at the contents.
Well, food is food.
You're about to exit the store when Maruko shouted, grabbing you and Chiyako's arms.
"Wait!! I forgot I was cooking my ramen at the cooking station!" She says.
"How do you even have the time to cook the ramen! We're going to be late for school at this rate!" You say in disbelief.
How can she forget that today is school day?
"I forgot okay! I just accidently put it in, you know how forgetful I can be when I'm hungry! Besides, I didn't even get to eat because I slept through my alarm.." She mumbled, playing with her fingers. Suddenly the floor looks interesting. Was it this white? Maruko thought.
"Did you stayed up late to play roblix again?" Chiyako asks her, raising her eyebrow.
"I can't help it! The players were all bulliyable in brokeheaven," She reasons.
You sigh, hand waving at her."Just be quick, we'll wait here,"
"Ohhh, about that..." She scratches her neck, look away.

"It takes 10 minutes to cook them," She tells, her eyes wincing shut as she await the incoming shouts.

"What ramen that even takes 10 minutes to cook!?" You question the logic.
"Seriously, I can't handle this child. Urk, my neck..." Chiyako held her neck, staggering backwards.
"Chiyako!" You hold her and hand her your bottle of water. She chugs a big amount of water before handing it to you back. Huh, no wonder you have a hunch to buy an extra mineral bottle.
"D-Don't worry! It's been awhile now so it's around 5-6 minutes left," She smiles in assurance.
You bring Chiyako to a seat."Just hurry up, we'll wait here," You sit beside her.
