Focusing on classes was harder than you expected. There was always something in the corner of your eye, lurking. Any time you turned your head to see what the thing was, it would just disappear. You were unusually nervous as classes passed. The usual hum of students chatting in the halls rang in your ears. It would fade in and out, sounding like you were underwater at times. This...this wasn't just your imagination. You weren't by any means a genius, but you could tell a stand user had something to do with this.

As your biology teacher droned on about the anatomy of fish, you felt a headache coming on. Great. You jotted down a few notes before another jolt shot through your head. It was painful, like something was slowly crawling through the inside of your skull. It made you dizzy. Without much thought you dropped your pencil, making a light clack against your desk. You tried to focus back into the lecture, but something felt...off. There was an odd prickling sensation around your wrist. You pulled up your sleeve, only to find there were no marks or indication of an injury. With a short sigh of relief, you reached for your pencil to continue taking notes. This was fine. You were fine, There was totally nothing....Your body froze mid movement as you felt something against your ankle.

You couldn't deny it, even if you wanted to. There was something slithering up your leg. In shock, and a bit of confusion, you slowly and discreetly reached down your leg, brushing the area with your hand. You felt nothing, but the sensation remained. Suddenly the same feeling moved up and down your arms. It felt like something was under your shirt. You hadn't seen anything yet, but you were honestly scared to look. Carefully, you once again pulled your sleeve up past your wrist. There was nothing there. Shocker. This morning you wanted to brush the hallucinations off as a dream or some form of anxiety attack, however, it was obvious what the real case was.

Whatever this ability was, it wasn't anything like the last three. After your brush with the mystery man in your bathroom, you checked your entire house for some semblance of a stand, but the only user in your home yesterday was yourself. This was going to be a problem. Whoever the user was, they hadn't confronted you directly. If your attacker had been watching you from somewhere, they were doing a damn good job at hiding. Blake and Tim's stands could go a fair distance from their users, was this something similar?

You picked up your pencil and tried to continue writing notes. After catching a glimpse of something moving under your skin you quickly hopped up from your seat. You held back any form of reaction as the forms of your teacher and classmates were covered in small lumps that moved under their skin. In a panic you just looked around the room, only to see everyone's eyes on you. Glancing over at Vita, you watched as a centipede burst out from under his skin and fell to the floor. There were bugs crawling out from some people's eyes and ears. You were quickly starting to hyperventilate, you felt dizzy and sick to your stomach. The world around you started to fade out as the pounding of your heart filled your ears.

"Y/n?" Vita had gotten up from his seat and tried talking to you. His voice sounded gargled and muted by something. "Are you okay? You're looking at me weird... is there something on my face?" You backed away as the boy tried to get closer to you.

After hearing your teacher yell to sit back down, the haze over your conscience finally started to dissipate. Vita sent you a worried look as you gave a pitiful nod and shuffled back to your seat.

..................................

Why was this happening to you? When did the world decide it wanted to make your life difficult? The buzz of class change was making your head hurt. Lockers slammed and students shoved past one another. You were getting that sensation of something crawling up and down your arms. Glancing down, you got a good look at something moving under your own skin. You could feel the tensing of your muscles as whatever it was painstakingly made its way up your wrist into your hand. Disgusted, you shoved that hand in your pocket and broke into a run out of the room to the nearest bathroom. For the most part, you kept your eyes on the ground, scared to look up and see the same thing as in the classroom. God, you felt dizzy. When you did glance up, you were greeted by glares and bugs skittering across people's exposed skin.
