I sighed, as I stepped onto school grounds again.
Okay. Okay. I bet a lot of you are so curious on what happened after the actual kiss! We went inside the house and continued what we were doing outside. We were just kissing though, so don't get too perverted! We may have broke a flower vase in the process, but that was an accident...I swear. Then, I did what any normal girl would do after making out with the guy she liked. I shut my bedroom door in his face...left him wanting more. He says he doesn't want a relationship, so I respect that, but there's no harm in teasing him a little.
This morning, I got ready for school, but when I went downstairs, a whole breakfast was prepared. I was confused at first, until Cameron came out of the kitchen in an apron. It was a really funny sight...He told me not to make a big deal of what happened at school. What does he mean by 'what happened'? A lot happened last night, so I'm not sure what he meant by that exactly. I just figured he was talking about the kiss. I agreed I wouldn't make a big deal about it. During the car ride to school, Jay sensed something was going on between us and forced us to tell them. They all started cracking jokes about it, but Cameron assured them with the 'we're just friends' line. I do admit, it sort of hurt, and the worst part was he had his arm around me while saying this. You can't play with a girl like that! That's my job...
That's all that happened. Now, I'm at school, or should I say hell cause I'm pretty sure they mean the same thing.
Suddenly, someone put their arm around me. I giggled, knowing it was Cameron.
"Cameron, I thought we said not to make it a big deal." Only problem with saying that is when I looked up...surprise, surprise...it wasn't Cameron, it was Kendra. She looked at me like I had toes growing out of my face.
"Oh, hell no, girl. You got tons of explaining to do right now. What's not a big deal?" She waved her finger in my face, while all the air in my lungs disappeared. Shit could get real.
"Nothing. It's nothing at all. I should be going." I started walking away, but I should've known it wouldn't be that easy. Kendra grabbed the back of my shirt and yanked me towards her again.
"Bitch, don't lie to me." Her eyes were glaring into my soul, it's kinda hard to lie with the pressure of death at your hands. I opened my mouth, yet she was sucking all the life out of me.
"You see...oh, screw it, come here." I pulled her towards an empty space, finally ready to admit what happened.
"Continue..." Kendra impatiently mumbled. I took a deep breath.
"Cameron and I kissed! But he's not interested in a relationship, which really sucks cause I wanna be with him. He's scared he's gonna break my heart and all this 'him not being good enough for me' crap! He's perfect for me, he just doesn't see it! Kissing him was amazing...magical even! I want to do it everyday of every second, but life is unfair and brought me to someone who is more worried about protecting me than being my boyfriend! Now, I'm waiting so very patiently for him to be ready to be with me." Kendra looked too shocked to comprehend anything I just said. I was still trying to process it myself. You could tell she was thinking of something to say, but she was confused. Then, her face lit up.
"Oh my gosh! My bitch! You got the guy! Be happy! Rejoice! Drinks tonight? I know this great place we can celebrate!" She practically jumped on me, which surprised me to the point where I nearly fell over. I smiled awkwardly at her. I've never been someones 'bitch' before. I can officially say I'm honored.
"Drinks sound amazing. Cameron can drop me off at your place after school." Kendra squealed loudly, jumping up and down.
"What was the kiss like? Give me details. Is he a wet kisser cause those people are just nasty?" I cringed and shook my head. Wet kisser? Ew. I don't think I would want to kiss him again if that was the case.
