Magnolia Market...
"Get out of my way, you weakling..." came a voice as he pushed a fruit vendor aside, "Weak, absolutely hopeless..." muttered another man beside him.
"I can't believe it's still the same, you'd think they'd change this place a little..." came a woman's voice.
"Tch, loser, get out of our way, can't you see we're running?" asked the big man in knight's armour, brandishing his tongue like a snake.
"What a waste of space, they should just clean this place up and make it a shopping mall," the woman said as she adjusted her glasses.
"Why waste it on something as trivial as this evergreen?" asked the man with the sword. "It tastes good," muttered the man with the armour.
"I was just saying, Freed, it would be so much better..." muttered the woman now known as Evergreen. "Bickslow, are you done?" asked Freed as he turned to his compatriot.
"These guys... aren't... they're not?" a man asked.... "Yes...they...are...," another man replied.
"The tribe of the Thunder Gods..."
"No, please, I have children to feed, at least pay for it..." the vendor pleaded, Bickslow stuck his tongue out at the man "And why would I do that?"
"You have already received your answer..." came a voice behind them, they turned as they looked Rimuru in the eye....
"Rimuru, Luminous!" whispered a shocked Evergreen "So you have come back?..."
"So you have finally returned?" asked Freed as he put his hand to the sheath of his sword. Bickslow backed away a little, a little fear stuck in him as he swallowed.
"Your misbehaviour is damaging the reputation of the guild, get on with the job you have procured," Luminous said as she stood calmly in front of them. They stopped and stared at the older members of the guild.
"I will not allow myself to ask you again, go..." said Luminous. Bickslow formed his hand into a fist, ready to attack the pair. Freed stopped him as he shook his head.
"It's not time yet, Bickslow, let's go," Freed said, turning his gaze to Rimuru. "We apologise for our misbehaviour, we will be on our way now," Freed said, bowing apologetically and walking off, followed by an angry Bickslow and a submissive Evergreen. As he passed the pair, both could feel Bickslow's hatred for him, but they paid him no mind, they could take him out if necessary. But what worried Rimuru was Laxus' private team. It seemed to him that they were planning something.
"It is not time yet?...what are they planning?..."
Rimuru pushed the thought aside as he walked back to the guild with a bag full of groceries. He apologised to the vendor, paid for the damages and then made his way back to the guild with Luminous.
Fairy Tail...
The usual attendees of the guild were away on a mission and so it was surprisingly quiet in the guild, but they were due to return in an hour as they had to be interviewed by the weekly wizarding magazine. Only Markarov, Mirajane, Gajeel, Alzack and Bisca remained in the guild. Gajeel mainly because Markarov had asked him to stay. It was now one o'clock in the afternoon, and the rest of the guild would return at two o'clock in the afternoon, so Markarov had sent them on small missions. While the others went home to prepare, and in Markarov's case, to prevent further damage to his new beloved guild. The sound of footsteps drew their attention to the entrance.
"Oh! Rimuru, Luminous!" smiled Mirajane as they watched the pair enter the building, Rimuru placing the bag on the bar table.
"Here are the items you asked for... where should I put them?" asked Rimuru.
