Chapter 3

The Next Day

Vanoss POV
"Hey Evan you still playing hockey right" Tyler asked.

"Of course why?"

"I think I heard that guy who's been hanging around Delirious a lot is on the team."

"Are you fucking serious!?"

"Geez Evan calm down just check out the guy to see what's up?"

I raised my eyebrow "since when were you all interested in Delirious's personal life."

"Look even though Delirious can be a retard at times, he's still family and not to mention how you feel about him."

"The famous Wildcat acting all sincere" I laughed.

"Hey don't push it besides you helped me figure out my feelings for Craig, so I kind of own you."

I smiled "Well thanks man."

"Anytime if you need help let me know alright?"

"Alright see you later." I head off the locker and guess who was there. Trent, of course. Well now not the time to pussy out. I walked up to him as he was putting on his skates "you're Trent right?"

"Yeah and you are?"

"Vanoss. I'm a friend of Delirious."

"Oh well it's pleasure to meet me" he shakes my hand.

"Likewise. So what's up with you two?"

"What do you mean?"

"I found it kind of strange Delirious never told me or the rest of the guys about you."

"Oh well that's not my place."

"What are you talking about?" God I'm sick of hearing that line.

"There's a reason why Delirious didn't say anything about me, but don't worry when the time comes he will. How close are you guys?"

"I known him since 2nd grade" I tried so hard not to sound pissed off. He seem to be in deep thought for a moment. "Is there a problem?"

"Hm? No. Hey is Vanoss a nickname or something?"

"Yeah, why?"

"No reason mind telling me your real name."

I squint my eyes "yeah I do." I shoved past him to get to my locker to change into my hockey gear. I can't take this anymore. God, what is Delirious hiding from me? I'm sick and tired of waiting. That's it after practice we're going to have a serious talk.

I quickly changed out of my hockey gear and ran over to Delirious's house. I tried to catch my breath before knocking on his door. I knocked on the door 3 times and waited. I could hear footsteps coming towards the door.

"Vanoss? What are you doing here?"

"We need to talk." He step to the side, so I could come in. I made my to the couch and waited him to sit down.

"So what do you want to talk about?"

"You and this Trent guy."

He looked down and begin twiddling his thumbs "what about us?"

"Why didn't tell me or the guys about him?"

He shrugs "I just forgot."

"No don't play dumb with me. I'm not stupid. We've known each other for too long now. What aren't you telling me? Don't you trust me" I was on the verge of crying.

"No I do trust you. It's just I'm scared you might hate me if I tell you."

I scoffed "Jonathan I could never hate you. I'll be by your side no matter what. Please tell me what's going on?" He stayed quiet for 5mins till I just gave up. I headed for the door till he said something I never thought would come from him.

Delirious POV
I heard Vanoss heading for the door, and I knew I needed to tell him now.

"I'm gay."

"What?" He turns back around.

I sigh "I'm gay Evan." This is it. I knew moment was coming.

"Is that all?"

"What?!"

He walks back to couch and sits next to me. "Jonathan it doesn't matter if you're gay like I said before I'll still be your friend no matter what."

I hugged him tightly "Thanks Evan." He hugs me back making me smile. He were quiet for a few minutes before I spoke up. "Hey Evan."

"Yeah?"

"Are you straight?"

"No I'm actually bi." I smiled knowing maybe I might have a chance with him. I look up to see him already staring at me and I got lost his brown eyes. I noticed he was starting to lean in and so was I till our lips met. I immediately felt sparks. He wrap his arms around my waist pulling me closer, and I wrapped my arms around his neck. We turn our heads to deepen the kiss. He licked my bottom lip asking for entrance, but before I could accept one thing or should I one person came to mind. Trent. I immediately pulled away and started crying. I want to be with Evan, but I'm with Trent right now.

"Jonathan what's wrong?"

"I-I can't."

"Can't what? What do you mean?"

I look up at him knowing that my eyes must be red and my cheeks are wet. "I love Evan. I really do but..."

"But what?"

"I-I'm seeing someone right now." Seeing the look on his face hurt me even more.

"Who is he?"

"T-Trent." He was expression his face change from hurt to angry and I thought he was going to yell at me or walk out till he said the four words I don't expect from him.

"I'll wait for you." He smiled kissed me on the cheek and got up. He'll wait for me. No one has ever say that to me before. What am I doing he doesn't deserve to wait I'm already here. I just need a couple of days to sort things out with Trent.

"Evan wait!" I got up from the couch and quickly ran him junping into his arms. He held me close to him as we kissed. We broke the kiss catching our breath. "Just give me a couple of days and I'm all yours."

He smiles "Deal." He kisses me one more time before setting me down and leaving for the day. I closed the doors behind him and slid down to the floor thinking how I couldn't wait to start my new relationship with Evan.

Hey guys see look I did good. Vanoss and Delirious found out they love each other. Sadly this is just only the beginning. You guys can comment on how Trent is going to react to this situation. The stupid wattpad once again didn't save part of the story, so I had to rewrite the whole scene between Vanoss and Delirious. Anyways I'll talk to you guys later. Bye!!!
