Chapter 17

Hey guys I'm back after a time of just getting myself together. Anyways, the winner of the character and the baby's name will be announced in AN at the end, but look out for those two things in this chapter. By the way all of the characters were amazing and it was very difficult choice. I am sorry to the people who didn't get chosen. It kind of makes me feel bad which why I don't ask for characters too much in my story. Anyways onward with the story.

Delirious POV

3 months later

It's been 3 months, and I already look like a watermelon. Vanoss and I had to buy new clothes for me because I didn't really want the public to see my tummy. Vanoss got a job making youtube videos. At first, I kind of hesitated it wouldn't work out, but now things have started to look good. Once a week, Lui, Mini and I get together complaining about our "pregnancy problems" which may sound weird but it is kind of relaxing to relieve all of that stress. Lui is one month along and Mini is just a couple of weeks along. I know any minute I could go into labor and Vanoss has been spending a lot of time around me lately more than usual. It is refreshing once in awhile, but sometimes it could be overbearing. Right now I sitting on the bed with my feet up listening to music. By the way, Vanoss put me on bed rest, so I couldn't do much especially when he's not home. I heavily sigh "fuck it" and got out bed putting my hand over my stomach. I walked into the living room looking for something to do. I saw on the Xbox one was out on the floor. I turned it on and sign into my account. Hmmm what I play? Maybe some GTA V.

I was in the middle of holding up a store until I heard the front door up. I remained in my position as I shot the cashier, grabbed the money and ran. I let out my insane laugh. I heard footsteps coming towards me. "Delirious what are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing I'm playing GTA."

He sighed "you're supposed to be on bed rest."

"I'm tired of being on bed rest there's nothing to do when you're not here so why play some video games."

"I thought we talked about not trying to build up stress."

"Evan playing video games is relaxing just let have fun once in awhile alright?" He didn't answer as he sighed and went upstairs. As I was driving my car, I started to feel the baby kicking inside. At first, I ignored it, but it just became more distracting. I sighed as I left the game and headed up upstairs. Once I saw Evan on the bed, the kicking stopped. I held my stomach and looked down "oh now you want to stop."

Vanoss chuckled "I guess the baby agree with your bed rest."

I moved next to him "or she just misses you" I kissed him on cheek.

He smiled and pulled in for a hug while slowly rubbing his hand against my tummy "how can she know that I was gone?"

I shrugged "maybe it's an animal instinct." He nodded. I pressed my back against his chest as he rested his chin on my head.

"So have you come with a name for our little girl?"

I thought for a minute "I think Luna would be a great name for her."

"Why Luna?"

"You know it's like the white circle in sky?"

He laughed "you mean the moon?"

I laughed as well "you know what I mean."

"Well I think Luna is a perfect name" he smiled and gave me a kiss. "We should head over to see Sam for another check up." I nodded and got up. I grabbed my hoodie, but I realize I didn't have any shoes on.

"Uh Evan can you help with my shoes?"

"Sure." I sat back on the bed, and I told which shoes I wanted to wear. After that we headed out the door, Vanoss asked me if we wanted to take his car instead of walking. I declined. I still need the exercise even though I'm pregnant. I've come to terms getting used to the idea, but every now again it still feels weird. Vanoss knocked on the door, and we waited for a few minutes. This time it was Sam who open the door.

"Hey guys, come in" she stepped aside letting us through.

"Where's Ohm?" I asked.

"Oh he's upstairs recording."

"He's a youtuber too" Vanoss questioned.

"Yeah I thought you guys knew that." We shook our head. "Well anyway let's get started." We follow her downstairs to the basement as I laid on the bed while she got the stuff ready.

"Sam?" I heard a voice from upstairs.

"Down here" Sam called out. There were footsteps coming downstairs until the person came into view. She had red long hair, yellow eyes and almost as pale as me. She wore a black hoodie with boots.

"Hey Melan" Sam greeted "guys this Melan the friend I was telling you about." Melan smiled and waved. "She kind of shy at first, but once she get to her she's cool to hang with."

"So you're hybrid" Vanoss asked as Sam lifted my shirt up rubbing the monitor across my belly.

"Yeah I'm part fox. Sam told me about you guys."

He nodded "so how did you escape?"

She postion her hair one side "the people weren't really smart when they choose an animal. I used my claws to break up, but I don't know if they bother to look for me."

"Well it looks the baby is doing good. Normal heart beat. Good vitals" Sam squinted her eyes "and I think see some cat formation happening." Vanoss and I looked the screen and she was right. I could see the baby had cat ears and tail. I couldn't help but smile. I looked at Vanoss to see him smiling as well.

"Have you thought of a name yet" Melan asked.

"Luna" I smiled.

"Like the moon it's nice" Sam smiled. "Well you are due very soon, so I recommend taking it easy for awhile."

"Yeah I know I get told that every day" I looked at Evan.

Sam chuckled "he's just looking out for you" she cleans the gel off my belly and pulls my shirt down. Vanoss helps me up to my feet, and we headed back upstairs.

As we made it to the door, we heard a scream "Goddamnit Max!"

Sam laughed "that's just Ohm he always does that when he records."

I chuckled "I'm surprised you don't ger noise complaints."

"Oh I helped Ohm buy some foam padding for the late hours" she smiled. "Don't hesitate to call if you need anything." I nodded as Vanoss and I headed out the door back home.

"Melan seems nice" Vanoss said.

"Yeah she's cool" I took off my hoodie and went upstairs. "Hey Evan did finish the room?"

"Yeah almost I just have set of few more things."

"Alright I'm be in the bed if you need me" I yawned. After Vanoss and I found out the gender of the baby, he set up the room for her. The walls were purple with a crib in the middle. Craig and Lui took me shopping to buy some toys and clothes for her. I yawned again as I slipped into something more comfortable and got into bed. A small nap wouldn't hurt.
