Chapter 9

Delirious POV
The next day Evan picked me up to go to school because he didn't want me alone too much. I wore my beanie and wrapped my tail around my waist. I wasn't planning letting the rest of the world know what I am it's none of their business. Once we got inside, we headed for lockers to put our stuff and went to first period. So far no sign of Trent.

It was now lunch time and still I haven't seen Trent all day. I felt someone grabbed my hand, and I turned to Evan with concern look on his face. "You okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine."

"He's not here right so try not worry."

"I know, but I just got a feeling something bad about to happen."

"Don't worry, Jon I'll protect you and you know the rest of the guys got you back" He smiled.

I smiled back and kissed him.

"Well ain't this a treat" I heard a familiar voice said. I pulled away to see Trent standing by our table smirking. "Hey Jonathan did you tell your friends your little secret."

Before I could say anything, Vanoss spoke up "yes and we all accept it because he's still our friend." Trent's smirk faltered.

"Well don't think this is the end because it's not."

Tyler stood up and got in his face "why don't you just fuck off?"

"Be careful what you say. You might regret it." This seem to anger Tyler even more because the next thing I know is Trent is on the floor feeling on his jaw.

Before Tyler could do anymore damage, Mini grabbed his arm. "Ty don't." Mini was always able to calm down Tyler. However this wasn't a good time because Trent seem to motice this behavior. Shit. He got up and left without saying anything.

Tyler sat back down "fucking pussy didn't even stay to fight."

"Del are you okay" Vanoss asked.

I was quiet for a moment before I spoke up "Wildcat I know you were trying to defend me, but I wish he wouldn't have done that."

"Well he deserved it anyway."

"I know but..." I sighed and looked at Mini before looking back at Tyler. "Keep an eye on Mini. Trent noticed the way he calmed you down. God knows what's he planning." I looked back at Mini to see him looking scared. Tyler noticed this too because he hugged and whispers sweet nothings in his ear to calm him down.

"Do you think he'll turn us into hybrids as well" Marcel asked.

"So that's what am I. A hybrid" I replied.

"You know what I mean" he said softly.

"I think it'll be cool to be a hybrid. I can be monkey" Lui said in his squeaker voice.

"It's not that bad, but there are risks you have to take."

"Like what" Mini asked.

"Making sure no one sees your parts. Everyone isn't nice like us. Someone could rat us and we get abducted by the government."

"He's right" Evan said.

"So what do we do" Nogla asked.

"Just make any of you guys are not alone longer than an hour and keep in touch to make sure everyone is okay." They nodded in agreement. The bell rung signaling lunch was over, and it's time to go to last period.

After class was over, I went to my locker to grab the rest of my stuff. Once I opened it, there was a note on top of one of my books. I picked up, and it was drawing of a person with glasses and a fox next to him. Shit Mini. I quickly closed my locker and ran out to the front. "MINI" I yelled. I saw him with Lui. They sitting by a tree. Then I saw a black van coming the around corner. "NO" I yelled. I ran so fast towards them.

Once I finally got them, I grabbed Mini's arms "guys we go now get away the van." It was too late these guys in black were coming out of the van. We tried to run, but we didn't get really far before they had a grab on us.

Mini was screaming "AAHHH LET GO TYLER HELP ME" before they gave him an injection. I looked over at Lui to see him already passed out. I felt a sharp pain in my arm before my vision started to get blurry. Before I passed out, I could have swore I hear Vanoss's voice.

Vanoss POV
I was in last period with Tyler, Marcel and Nogla counting down the minutes. The bell finally rang, and I quickly grabbed my stuff heading to my locker. I was having a bad feeling during the whole time, and I needed to get to Del. The guys were trailing behind me. "Evan what's wrong" Tyler asked.

"I don't know. I just feel like something is wrong" I replied.

"What do you mean" Marcel asked.

Before I say anything, I heard someone screaming "AAHHH LET GO TYLER HELP ME."

"MINI" Tyler shouted and took off the main doors us following him. Once we got through the doors, I saw Delirious being carried in a black van.

"JONATHAN" I yelled. We tried to catch the van but it was already driving away.

"What are they going to do now? Those guys just took them" Nogla started panicking.

I try to catch my breath before I spoke up "we need to head over to Trent's house. I bet 100% he has something to do with this."

"Come on let's get in my car" Tyler said.
