Chapter 8

Vanoss POV
Once we got to Tyler's place, Lui, Nogla and Marcel sat on the couch and Mini and Tyler went to the kitchen to grab some snacks. Now was my chance. "Hey Delirious can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Sure" he responded. We head up to Tyler's room and sat on his bed. We were quiet for a moment because I didn't know where to begin.

"So what did you want to talk to me about" he asked.

"...Delirious what happened to you while you were gone."

He hesitated "um well you know Trent kidnapped me and tried to keep me away from you guys especially you."

"So you escape?" He remained silent. "He let you go?" He nodded. "Why?"

"Evan can we not talk about this?"

"Jonathan, no I care about you way to too much just to see you like this. I really do love you, so please let me help you" I said as I didn't break eye contact with him. He looked down and I heard him sniffle.

"I-I don't think you can Evan."

"Can you least tell me what happened?" He bursted into tears.

"I-I can't."

"Why not? Please Jonathan."

"You won't love anymore me and just think I'm a freak." I got so furious at what he just said, and I yanked his beanie off his head. "Evan!" He immediately stood up and back up into a corner. I got up and slowly made my way towards him.

"It's okay Jonathan. I'm not going to hurt you."

"I-I don't understand. Y-you're not f-freaked out" he stuttered.

"I saw the ears in the locker room, and I know you have a tail too." He eyes widened. "Please tell me what happened."

Delirious POV
I managed to calm down a little and tell Evan what Trent did me. I loooking the ground the whole time afraid of what his reaction might be. Once I finished the story, I let out a deep breath and relax my shoulders. It was quiet for a moment till I feel arms embrace my body. I looked up to see Evan hugging me. I quickly hugged back.

"I'm so sorry Jonathan."

I pulled back and looked into his eyes "you don't think I'm a freak?"

He cupped my face with his hand and smiled "of course I don't, I'll always still love you no matter what." I smiled and pecked his lips. "Besides I think the ears and tail look cute on you. It's just more reasons for me to love you." I put my head on his chest trying to hide my blush. He giggled and petted behind my ears causing me to purr. I widened my eyes and pulled away. "Did you just purr?"

"N-no" I stuttered.

He pulls me closer "shh, I think it's adorable" he whispers in my ear. I blushed again causing him to giggle and kiss me.

"Do we have to tell the guys" I asked.

"Only if you want to, but they need to know anyway" he responded.

"Yeah I know" I sigh "alright I'm ready."

"Okay let's head downstairs." He gently grabbed my hand led me downstairs. Once we got downstairs, everyone was sitting on couch playing video games and eating.

"Guys there's something we need tell you guys" Evan announced. We both sat on the arm chairs as I mentally prepare myself for my story.

"So as you guys know I'm gay, but I had a boyfriend named Trent before I got together with Evan" I started off.

"So that's why you've disappearing so often for the past year" Mini asked. I nodded. "So what happened?"

I let out a shaky breath and Evan grabbed my hand to calm me down. "Two weeks I wanted to break up him. He knew about my love for Evan. When I found out Evan felt the same way, I wanted Trent to be happy. I wanted him to find someone who will love him completely. He got upset and he...h-he beat me." I looked at the ground "he didn't want to let me go." I looked up at the guys and see the faces full of shock, sadness and anger. Lui was on the verge of crying, so he got up and hugged me along with everyone else. After we calmed down, the room was silent till Tyler spoke up.

"You were gone for a week. What happened?" I looked over at Evan and he nodded.

I heavily sigh "Trent kidnapped me, and I think his parents did an experiment on me." I slowly took off my beanie and I look to see shock expressions on the guys' faces. It was quiet for a few before Tyler spoke up.

"Do you have a tail too?"

I laughed "I have cats ears and all you can ask if I have a tail?"

"Well do you" Lui asked.

"Yeah, but that's not the point. You guys aren't freak out?"

"Why would we be" Marcel asked.

"Yeah, you're still our little old Delirious" Mini smiled.

I smiled back "thanks guys."

"See I told you had nothing to worry about" Evan rubbed behind my ears causing me to purr, and I could hear the guys go "Aww."

"Evaaannnn stop embarrassing me" I whined making him laugh.

"So how to get rid of Trent? We could kick his ass and show him who's boss" Tyler said.

"No that will just make things worse" I replied.

"So what do we do" Nogla asked.

"I don't know. I guess we just lay low for a bit" I replied.

"Delirious we can't let him get away with this" Evan exclaimed.

"His parents work for the fucking government. There's nothing we could do right now" I said with an annoyed tone. He heavily sighed. "Come on guys let's just lay low for awhile to see what happens." Everyone agreed.
