Chapter 14; Epilogue

The door opened, Dan stormed out, grabbed my wrist, and dragged me straight to his room.

"Is it true?"

"What?" I swallowed.

"The DNA test, everything"

"So Phil did tell you everything."

"Yes he did. Why didn't you tell me?" our eyes were watery. "I have an adorable x year old child and, oh my god this is too much"

"I didn't want you to freak out, I didn't want to ruin your relationship with Phil, and I know what is going on between the two of you. He told me. I just want you two to be happy. Also wait a minute." I said, left the room, and went to Phil. "Where is the ring?"

"I don't know"

"Yes you do. You need to propose to him."

"No no no."

"I'll tell him you wanted to."

"NO"

"I'll get my revenge Philip Lester. I'm gonna get it."

"Alright, FINE"

"Wait. You still love him right?"

"Yes"

"Good. Now go get the fucking ring." Thank god Hannah had her ears plugged in.

Phil left to get the ring, until then, I went back to Dan, who was sitting on his bed. "Hey" I greeted.

"Hey. I don't know what to do. I mean, we have a kid, but I love Phil but I'm kind of developing some feelings."

"No no, you can't do that"

"Yes, I can, I'm bi"

"Me too and I had crushes on girls too, and I even dated one in high school but..." he interrupted me.

"Did you realize you just came out of the closet?"

"It's not a big deal."

"OI I GOT IT" I heard Phil yelling.

"Come on. I have a surprise for you." I said.

"Wait, before you'd do anything..." he said, and gave me a little kiss "I love Hannah and I'm gonna do everything for her."

"Don't make me cry oh my god. Let's go." I said, and I covered his eyes and guided him to the door.

Phil already was on his knees, with the ring in his hands. I took my hands away and Dan got even more shocked.

"Are you two trying to kill me?"

"No." we laughed.

"Daniel James Howell. I love you so much, I mean you're a sarcastic twat sometimes but I love you more than anything. Will you marry me?"

"YES" Dan said and I started getting all emotional. Phil put the ring on Dan and they kissed.

"FINALLY MY SHIP IS CANON I LOVE YOU TWO IDIOTS." I yelled.

"Mummy why is everyone yelling?" Whoops.

"You'll understand when you grow up. Hannah, you remember you've asked where your dad is..?"

"Yes"

"Well I'd like to introduce you to him" I looked at Dan. "Come on get up lil girl." I lifted her up.

"This is like a family reunion" Phil said.

"Close your eyes darling." I said "Let's go out of the room" I mouthed, Dan understood, and left the room. "We're almost there." We went to Dan's room. "Whoops and we're here. You can open them now. Dan this is your daughter, her name is Hannah Charlotte Howell, I'll do the surname changing later. Hannah, this is your father, Dan."

"He is?" she asked with an open mouth. I handed her to Dan. Although she was too young to understand this whole thing, she handled it well enough.

"We all should be married. The three of us." Phil said, putting his arm around my shoulder.

"We can't, it is illegal." we said in unison with Dan.

"Is it?"

"I wanted to be a law student, so I know things." I said, and looked at Phil.

"Aw"

"Yeah I know. Dan."

"Ye?"

"You should spend some time with your fiancé." I looked at Phil. "I'm gonna take Hannah home. Both of you feel free to drop by anytime, I live with Jack, and you guys know him, so I'm sure he won't mind. Wait, dang, I didn't tell him. Shoot. I gotta make a call" I stormed out, dialled, and he answered.

"What?"

"I've got a quick question, when are you coming home? I need to tell you some stuff and it would be better to not do it through the phone."

"Late. Why don't you come to Dean's place."

"Give me an address, and I might as well end up there. One more thing, you can't tell anyone else what I'll tell you"

"Sure" he sounded annoyed "I'll text you the address."

"Okay, bye" I hung up.

"What did he say?" Dan asked.

"I didn't tell him yet, I told him it'd be better to do it face to face, and I also told him to keep it as a secret, in case you don't want to; you know; other people to know about it."

"Listen, why don't you go there, and tell him? We'll take care of her until you get back."

"Okay, thanks" I left the flat, ripped out a page from my notebook and wrote:

Only open when the filming ended and you're all done, because this will fuck everything up.

Folded it in half and started writing the thing I've wanted.

I'm gonna tell you something but you can't tell it anyone. Hannah's dad is Dan Howell, and yes Dan does know about her (at least he does now, also Phil knows too). The reason why I told you this, is that Dan is going to want to see Hannah a bit more often, so either I'm gonna go over a lot more, or he will come over. I'm sorry I didn't tell you, I'm honestly sorry. I hope I didn't get you all fucked up.

When I arrived, I got introduced to Dean and I gave Jack the piece of paper.

"Seriously, you should only read that when the filming is over, it's gonna fuck you up."

"I'M A REBEL" he joked.

"Okay, you know it" he opened the piece of paper.

- Epilogue -

"Ah thank god it's not a scummy man. Glad you found out who the dad is. I'm happy for you." he said, and hugged me.

After this all thing happened, Phil decided it would be a lot better for me and Hannah if I'd move in with them. So I did. My two lovely idiots didn't get married, since Phil insisted to have me counted in, and bigamy is still illegal in so many countries. It was really weird for me at first, but our weird relationship was a piece of unmovable rock.

Later on, Hannah grew up, I told her this story, and made it into a book, called The Amazing Mistake.
