"Y/n! Time for school!" Lilith shouted as she waited outside the house with her staff. Soon crashing can be heard inside the house

"Coming, Lilith!" Y/n shouted and soon enough she was outside

"You got everything? Are you sure? Nothing left? Did you triple check?" Lilith continuously asked with y/n nodding in each question

"Ok good job, let's go!" Lilith exclaimed before flying on her staff with y/n on the back

When they landed near the school Lilith gave y/n her lunch, her snails, and fixed y/n's hair and clothing

"Ok, lily. I'm pretty sure I'm fine now" y/n laughed holding Lilith's hands, Lilith was worried. Very worried.

"Are you sure you got everything?"

"You're acting like a mom again"

"It's because I am your mom"

"You didn't adopt me"

"Then it's because I am your guardian, now we don't want you to be late so you should go" Lilith said before kissing y/n on her head and waving her goodbye, y/n waved back before running towards the school

Y/n walked until she heard a voice "aw, it's like mine" y/n walked towards the voice, but as she got closer she saw a person on the bush

"See you in class superstar"

"Boo" y/n whispered in the person's ear, the person almost screamed but y/n put her hand in the person's lip

"Ssh" y/n hushed putting a finger in the middle of her lips, she sat down beside the person and watched willow

"Oh, see you in class, superstar! I hate when she does that" willow complained, then she kept complaining and started using plant magic

"Ah yes, wild magic. My favorite" y/n awed at the sight, but then the plants took her and luz

"Alright, time to stop this" y/n cut the vines with ice magic and went to willow, shaking willow's shoulder

"Wake up kid, you trapped a person"

"Oh, no, no, no, no, no! I'm so sorry!"

Willow knelt infront of the person and removed the vines

"It's okay. The thorns only went through a few layers of skin"

"So...circly"

Willow pointed out the kid's ears, making the kid squeal

"She's a human, willow"

"You're human! This is astounding! A human on the boiling isles! How'd you get here? What are you doing here?"

"Willow, one question at a time. The human won't be able to answer"

The bell rang

"Uh, I'm sorry. I can't stay. I have to go disappoint my teacher"

Y/n snickered at the last sentence

"It was nice to meet you, human. Let's go y/n, you wouldn't want your mom to get mad"

"She isn't my mom!"

The two started to walk away

"Wait! I'm luz, and you're willow and you're?" Luz ran to the two "Y/n" luz then complimented the two with their magic, willow's plant magic and y/n's ice magic

"Thanks kid"

"Thank but...Im not even supposed to be doing plant magic. And this person here isn't even supposed to do magic"

"Hey! Potion is still magic!"

"Anyways, my parents put me in the abomination track at school"

Luz squeeled and held willow's arms "like magic school?" Willow nodded

"That's so cool! I'm so jealous. I have a teacher but her lessons are a bit untraditional. I bet she wouldn't even let me enroll"

'Untraditional? Reminds me of a certain someone'

"Oof! Gottago, wouldn't want to disappoint my mentor"

With that y/n ran as fast as she could to school, scared of what might happen when she's late

As she entered school, students could be seen greeting her at every corner. Y/n was a friendly gal, so friendly to the point everyone's her friend.

"Augustus! Good morning!" Y/n greeted

"Good morning y/n, have you seen willow?"

"Yup, she'll be here in a few"

After a few minutes of talking and walking with eachother Augustus bumped into willow

"Willow, you would not believe humans"

"Humans? Psh. I haven't seen any. What?"

Y/n tried to hide her laugh at willow's failed attempt to hide

"Did you know that humans nail barbed wire to their kids teeth? But why? Maybe to make them magnetic"

"Actually, it's for storing treats" a voice could be heard from the container willow was with, earning a confused stare from Augustus and a shocked one at y/n's

"Okay, Augustus y/n. I'm gonna tell you something. But you have to be cool, y/n i know you'll be cool so that warning is for Augustus"

Y/n did a thumbs up "I can be spool. I- I- I mean, cool" augustus smiled "Okay. Abomination, rise" willow commanded

A figure stood up in the container "Ta-da! I'm an abomination" the figure said, y/n realized it was the human and she can only widen her eyes

"Luz, that's not how abominations act."

"No. No, it, it couldn't be"

"He's the president of the human appreciation society. Most witched wouldn't be able to recognize a human right away. But Augustus is an expert"

"Where are your gills?"

"Or not"

"I knew an Augustus back in the human world. We called him gus"

"Gus? Nickname? Human nickname? Gus? Call me it. Wow. Gus. This is the best day of my life"

The bell scream rang

"I've gotta get to spelling class. See you guys at lunch!"

"I gotta go too, potions class is a headache but it's required! See you at lunch, good luck! Mwah mwah!" Y/n said before running to her class
