hunter just had to ask belos.

he took out flapjack, petting his head gently, and climbed up to their window as quickly and secretly as possible, and put flapjack on the open windowcill, and waited until flapjack was inside his room and hiding before they slid the window shut and jumped down , onto the ground. he walked to the front door, inputting the passcode— 04-06-18. hunter's birth date. (note: i dont actually know, im just guessing)

they opened the big doors, and into his gigantic manor. they looked around, to see if belos was near, but no. maybe belos was in his office?

hunter walked up the stairs, avoiding the third creaking step, and nervously walked down the long, chilling, dark hallway to belos' office. he nervously knocked on the door, waiting patiently but nervously at the same time. soon, the door creaked open and belos was there, looming over small hunter.

'yes, hunter?' he said lowly, gazing darkly down at his nephew. hunter trembled slightly.

'ii was wondering i-if i could g-go to a friends house?' hunter asked, looking up with wide eyes as their uncle thought for a moment.

finally, after what felt like centuries, belos spoke. 'alright. you may go.' he said, but unfortunately hunter didn't process the words, thinking he said no.

'b-but uncle, i've never even been to a friends house in my life, let alone have any friends. plus, i'd think you'd be glad to have me out of your hair once and a while, since you always seem to—wait what?' hunter was pacing, putting his hands in front of them and in the air, but then froze and stared at belos, as he had just processed what he had said.

'i said, you may go. you're right—you have never been to a friends house, or have had any friends. I believe it would be a good idea for you to have some of your own time every now and then. ' belos explained. 'you may go.'

hunter's eyes lit up in shock, happiness, and excitement. 't-thank you, uncle!' he said, but didn't dare go in for a hug. they knew belos would probably either hit him, or worse, not let them go to edrics. he smiled up at belos, earning a slight, soft smile down at them.

'uh... i guess i'll go now.' hunter said, smiling and turning. he heard the click of their uncle's door closing, and he hurried downstairs, putting on their shoes and running out the door. then it hit him . they had no idea how to get to edric's house.

Luckily, edric had given him his number so they could text, and so hunter would do that. they pulled out his phone, and clicked on the only image message number they had other than belos, aka edric.
