Dean Winchester's cell phone rang on the table as the hand picked up a cell after one ring. The hand laid on Dean's ear as he answered the call. The call from his little brother was alive and well.
"Hello?"
"Dean."
"Sam, we've been looking for you."
"Yeah. Look, I'm in Indiana. Lafayette."
"I know."
"You do?"
Revealing Dean Winchester and Karina Leone tied up on chairs, side-by-side. Gordon was giving a warning look to Dean as he put the gun against Karina's head. Dean was calm as Gordon was threatening him by shooting his friend in front of him as he talked to his brother.
"Yeah, Kay talked to Ellen. We just got here. It's a real funky town. You ditched us, Sammy."
"Yeah, I'm sorry. Look, right now, there's someone after me."
Dean looked up at Gordon as he asked, "What? Who?" Gordon pulled a hammer on his gun as he forced it gently against Karina's head. Her eyes weren't saying anything as she blanked and stared at the wall in front of her.
Not caring about the threatening gun upon her head, but listening to Sam's voice.
The sound of the clicked hammer of the gun gave Dean tension as Sam continued the conversation with Dean. "I don't know. That's what we need to find out. Where are you?"
"I'm staying at 5637 Monroe Street. Why don't you meet us here?"
"Yeah, sure."
Sam hung up the call as Gordon hung up on Dean's cell but the gun was still on Karina. Gordon looked down at Dean, "Now, was it that so hard?"
"Bite me."
As Sam hung up on his cell, his face was worried as his new friend named Ava suspected his face.
"What is it?"
"My brother, my friend's in trouble."
He pulled up the motel notecard from his jacket as he began writing down the address. "What?"
"He gave me a code word. Someone's got a gun on Karina or Dean."
"Code word?"
"Yeah. "Funky town'" Sam paused as Ava gave him a tilted look as he stumbled over his words. "Well, he thought of it. It's kind of a long story. Come on." He led her back to the parking lot.
Back to the cabin Dean and Karina were still tied up as Karina remained quiet and cold. She was staring in the distance as Dean was talking back to Gordon as he set his duffel bag with his weapons down on the table. He began pulling out his weapons, "So Gordy, I know us and Sam ain't exactly your favorite people, but don't you think this is a little extreme?"
Gordon was setting the gun in his hands as he asked, "Oh, you think this is for revenge?"
"Well, we did leave you tied up in your own mess for three days." Dean laughed as he looked at Gordon's back. "Which was awesome. Sorry, I shouldn't laugh."
"Yeah, I was definitely planning on whuppin' your asses for that."
"Mm-hmm."
"But that's not what this is. This isn't personal. I'm not a killer, guys. I'm a hunter... and your brother's fair game." He slammed his blade into its sheath as it gave the duo tension and shock.
Gordon walked over to another side of the room and he recited a story with a rifle in his hands. Dean and Karina couldn't give a damn about Gordon's story, all that mattered was the determination to kill Sam Winchester... They both quietly glared at Gordon, deathly.
