Brooke and David were talking amongst themselves as she enjoyed her conversation with the current police commissioner of the LAPD. David himself was a busy man playing two dies of the same coin, being a cop and working for the Forrester's most hated enemy, but at least he was making Brooke happy. Deacon, while he was making the last round of drinks for everyone, kept his eyes on David since he didn't like what the bartender's feeling from him.

Brooke – "I sure made a mess of everything didn't I?"

David – "You did but it's not the end of Brooke Logan. Maybe during this time alone by yourself, you can always reflect on the future of being a strong woman"

Brooke – "My future belongs with Ridge, that hasn't changed no matter what"

David – "Setting yourself up for disappointment Brooke?"

Brooke – "Why do you care David? Is it because I broke your heart back in the day?"

David – "The past is the past and I have moved on, but how much longer can a woman like you put yourself second to Ridge?"

Brooke – "David, as much as Ridge made his mistakes so has yours truly. Our love between each other is strong still despite this setback"

David – "Until now"

Brooke – "Things can always change between us"

David – "Do you expect Ridge to come crawling back?"

Brooke – "He will eventually David, a part of me isn't worried"

David – "If you say so"

David hears his cell phone ring before he took it out his pocket and looked at the ID as the man frowned.

David – "Whelp, break is over I am heading back to work. You're going to be okay here Brooke, right?"

Brooke – "Yes, I will, now head on back, LA needs it police commissioner. Stay safe out there"

David – "See you around"

David got up and left the tip for the bartender including money for how much the drink costs. Deacon watched the man leave the restaurant and shook his head.

Brooke – "Something wrong Deacon?"

Deacon – "Nothing much, just thought of a certain person. Anyway, I am going to take off, if you need anything just let me know"

Brooke nodded before watching Deacon leave the bar to clock out of work today. She was quite the attention today, but Brooke was used to it since the blonde's every man's fantasy. But what's up with Deacon looking at David sideways and all? Brooke didn't sense anything bad when it came to David and speaking of the man, he was on the phone with Justin who told him something he didn't like. David though had a feeling someone from the LAPD would stick their nose into a case which he shouldn't be looking into right now.

Steffy and Finn's Home

Since Taylor was watching Kelly and Hayes, the two children were asleep upstairs for their naps while Taylor decided to take her own nap. Laying on the couch, Taylor closed her eyes and while she went to sleep, she started to dream about the night she shot Bill. As Taylor stood there with the gun in her hand, pointing it right at Bill who had his back turned to her while taking a drink. In the reflection of the mirror before she pressed the trigger there's two things she noticed before Taylor sat up gasping right when Steffy opened the door.
