Carter's Penthouse

Paris smiled ear to ear as she made her way into Carter's penthouse to see him. She never felt this kind of way with any man including Zende when it comes to Carter. The man was so amazing and despite the fact both were still seeing each other behind Zende's back, Paris was glad that Carter called earlier about the two meeting at his penthouse. Arriving at the door, Paris knocked on the door before it opened and there he was.

Carter - *Smiles* "Paris"

Paris - *Smiles* "Carter, I got your message after checking my cell phone. I must see my mom for lunch though so can we make this quick?"

Carter – "Sure, I won't take up more of your time, so come in"

Carter moves out of the way so Paris walks inside the penthouse before making herself home. Taking her heels off and kicking them to the side she plops down on the couch as Carter sighs.

Paris – "So what's up doc?" *Giggles*

Carter – "Paris.... I was thinking about us lately and to be honest-"

Paris – "You want more of us, right? I had a feeling you would-"

Carter – "No Paris... I think you should go back to Zende and be with him. He's a good man who doesn't deserve what were doing behind his back"

Paris – "Excuse me? You don't want me anymore is what you're saying?"

Carter – "Paris, as much as I enjoy our time together you have Zende to think about. Think about what he would feel"

Paris – "Zende will be fine Carter; he'll accept us being together if he finds out"

Carter – "No he won't, Zende's going to be angry at us and rightfully so. I am such a damn hypocrite, one thing after another...."

Paris – "Carter, don't be too hard on yourself, were just experimenting the feelings we have and having fun too at the same time

Carter – "I'll be fine Paris and so will you be.... I must let you go. Just go back to the man you really love"

Paris – "Cater I-"

Paris's cell phone rings before she takes it out to see Grace on the caller ID and sighed, wishing this conversation didn't end.

Paris – "It's my mom...she needs me at lunch. We'll talk about this later, right?"

Carter nods before Paris stood up as he walked her to the door. Opening it, both look at each other as she leans in to kiss him on the cheek. Smiling at him, Paris leaves as Carter closes the door behind her before he leaned back and sighed. All of this was such a mistake that had a lot of consequences if he was exposed thanks to whomever. What Carter and even Paris didn't know was that someone already took pictures of both Carter and Paris before but also after.

Macy and Thorne saw the man who looked like Ridge Forrester as both couldn't believe it for themselves. The man they're seeing couldn't be Ridge, a man who grew a beard, his hair mostly gray and wearing dirty clothes with a leash around his neck. The Ridge that Throne remembered back then didn't look like this at all and not some washed up bum that they were seeing right in front of them. He looks up at both Thorne and Mac relieved to see people he recognizes.
