The Guardian

The deal breaker

Izuku: "*sigh*...come on i've been waiting here for hours...the least you could is to tell me what's happening" seeing the cop standing near the only exit...of course...they tried to take his weapons away...fat chance...they are a part of him and he will not hand them over easily...if it wasn't for All MIght...he's pretty sure they would've open fire on him...
Izuku: "I haven't been here for ten years...could you at least tell me what's new at least?...another store...more buildings?" 
"A mall...and then downtown itself had a huge renovation" 
Izuku: "good...U.A still number one?" 
"for the most part...some other hero schools also are on rival with them as well...if you hadn't been keeping up with the news...where did you run off to?" 
Izuku: "have to wait for your detective to come in" and right on cue the door opens to a man wearing a trench coat and he seemed  a little too plain compared to him 
"hello I'm Detective Naomasa...I have some questions to be asking you...and do note that everything that happens is to fit for the punishment...now then...do you understand the situation you are in?" keeping his stern look 
Izuku: "yes" stoic about it...as he waits for whatever ridiculous question they have for him 
Naomasa: "are you Izuku MIdoriya?...the boy who has been reported missing ten years ago who ran away from home?" 
Izuku: "what do you think?" 
Naomasa: "It's a yes or no question" 
Izuku: "sure" 
Naomasa: "okay...next...where did you require that armor, weapons, and training?" 
Izuku: "why does it matter" 
Naomasa: "I want to know why you have been granted a status of a 'guardian' as you fortold it...the only other guardian that had existed back then was a hero that went by the name of Shugoki" 
Izuku: "they were bestowed upon me..." 
Naomasa: "by who" 
Izuku: "someone" 
Naomasa: "answer the question" 
Izuku: "My father" and Naomasa was very confused on this...he isn't lying...but...wait 
Naomasa: "your father...are you talking about Toshinori Yagi?" 
Izuku shakes his head: "he's not my father...nor will he ever be...he's just some stranger my dad was friends with that took advantage of a widowed mother who was once his wife" he loves this...he's confusing him 
Naomasa: "are you saying HIsashi Midoriya...is here?" 
Izuku: "heh...no" 
Naomasa: "okay...your clearly trying to avoid the question...who trained you these skills...as if i recall the temple in the mountains has been sealed off for many years...no one has ever been living there since" 
Izuku: "well..i have ways" 
Naomasa: "*Sigh*...listen kid...your barely what...17, 18?" 
Izuku: "19" 
Naomasa: "You've so far committed multiple crimes at once...first obviously is an act of Vigilantism...the second being murder...interfering with a pro heroes situation" 
Izuku: "wait murder is second?" 
Naomasa: "I'm not finished...trespassing...illegal usage of quirk" 
Izuku: "I'm quirkless" 
Naomasa: "you mean to tell us that your strength isn't the result of a quirk?" 
Izuku: "Like i said...training" raising an eyebrow at him...he continues on 
Naomasa: "of course these charges and along the fact that you also assaulted the symbol of peace..." 
Izuku: "snitch" 
Naomasa: "but surprisingly...no charges are being brought on you" now it's Izukus turn to be confused by this now
Izuku: "why not?" 
Naomasa: "come on in" and then the door opens to a small animal wearing a suit
"ah there he is" seeing him so small and he hops on top of the table 
Izuku: "uuh" 
"hello there Midoriya...i am Principal Nezu...i come from U.A hero school and i see you got yourself into a tricky situation" 
Izuku: "Yeah...you think i expect a parade for my grand rescue" sarcastic about it 
Nezu: "yes and i do wonder how you managed to get the Guardian armor from Master Okuma" as expected...he knew this would have come to this 
Naomasa: "Your pretty quiet" 
Izuku then thinks of something....but..he remained quiet 
Nezu: "so i'm going to take that silence that for the past ten years you've been training under Master Okuma...who else is involved?" 
Izuku: "just him" 
Naomasa: "he's lying" 
Izuku: "I won't give any info...that's it...i refuse" 
Nezu: "why not?...we all know who Okuma is..we could just track him down and arrest him for keeping you under his care for the past ten years...which is a pretty bad look" 
Izuku: "what do you want" 
Nezu: "I know they seem rather important to you, but if you are willing to come into terms in what i have to offer then i will make sure they won't be affected by your actions" 
Izuku: "well..hurry up already" 
Nezu: "My school has been on a tight budget since the entrance exams are coming up...and well..i need what you would call...an assistant...to do various task that would require some protection...you call yourself a guardian...well i want you for the first years...to simply guard them...attend the classes or patrol the area...you also must go along with them on trips as well..." 
Izuku: "and if i refuse" 
Nezu: "I'm sure Okuma and whoever partaken in your disappearance will have to be charged for kidnapping and various crimes they committed...you have your choices" now just sitting there...as he thinks about his choices....he has to admit it has been his life dream to be in U.A...
Izuku: "alright then...but on two conditions" 
Nezu: "if they are compliable..." 
Izuku: "should there be any villain attack or any incident that would potentially threaten the students and or innocent person...i have a right...to kill them...should it come to it" 
Naomasa: "that's ridiculous there's no way that-" 
Nezu: "alright...what else?" 
Izuku: "i am allowed to continue my training and a place to live" 
Nezu: "deal...glad we came to a mutual agreement" holding out his hand...and he grabs it 
Naomasa: "but we still haven't discussed on why he ran away" 
Nezu: "that's not important right now...unless you have anything to add to the info we already have?" and he thinks about it...
Izuku: "well...if you insist..." 

one hour later 

Naomasa: "kid...you do realize on what this means right?" 
Nezu: "hmm...to think that Yagi is capable of that...such bad parenting" 
Izuku: "you know her father?" 
Nezu: "yes...he's actually part of the staff" 
Izuku: "you got to be kidding" 
Nezu: "i know i know...but if your concern he cannot interfere with your line of work should you have something that would be deemed a priority" 
Izuku: "alright...so what...your my boss" 
Nezu: "Boss is such a blunt word...i would rather treat you...like my own student" 
Izuku: "so boss" 
Nezu: "*sigh*" 
Naomasa: "i think that's enough now"
after all of that commotion...the settlement has been...well settled....and Izuku has another problem added to his already fucked up life...well the first nine years are fucked...but the training has been awesome...but right now..he would rather be anywhere...but here...because once word had been leaked that he's been found...guess who's in front of him right now 
Yagi: "Izuku...is it really you?" 
Inko: "MY BABY!!" as she rushes in to hug him....Izumi doing the same 
Izumi: "Brother!" as they hugged him...he felt something snap in him 
Inko: "Never again will we let you go...we're never going to neglect you again!" as he hears their commotion...now he started to growl slowly...
Inko: "Hmm?" 
Izumi: "Brother?" as he felt it about to release....he stops himself 
Izuku: "Let go...before i lose my temper" 
Inko: "son what are?" 
Izuku: "I am not your son" calmly telling them to get off him 
Izumi: "Izuku" 
Izuku: "both of you...Nezu" 
Nezu: "Please let go of my student" 
Inko: "Izuku...what's wrong?!...what do you mean-" but before they could say anything...she was proped up and he looks at her in rage 
Izuku: "I SAID I AM NOT YOUR SON!!" as she was pushed into the wall...Izumi then tried to move him but he shoves her off him...
Inko: Izu...ku" as she was trying to breathe 
Naomasa: "STOP NOW!!" now keeping himself calm...realizing the thin line he's treading...he lets go...causing her to cough...which of course freaked them out...never had they expect such a sudden change in mood...
Nezu: "hmm...how peculiar" writing it down 
Naomasa then makes him face him 
Naomasa: "this is your only warning...behave" as he lets go and he escorted them out...Nezu now stops writing and puts it away in the bag...
Nezu: "now that's over with...we're ahead of schedule by...five minutes...lets pick up a coffee on the way back" now signalling to have the door open...Nezu hops on his shoulder and they head on out now...
Nezu: "I will say that i advise you to NOT do anything like that again" 
Izuku: "I'm sorry" 
Nezu: "just control yourself...i'm sure you've been taught lessons on how to control it...do your best" 
Izuku: "thanks"
