Regulations and Restrictions

Izuku: "mm...hmm?" waking up...as the sun light shines down on him from the skylight...wait...Skylight?" 
Nejire: "mmmm...." as she hugs him tighter...nudging her head into his shoulders...as he was going to just brush it off as a normal thing...he noticed...and realized...she wasn't wearing a shirt...nor is he....so wait....
Izuku: "it wasn't a dream" normally he would punish himself for having such thoughts about her...but...in this case it's different...and he looks down to see...well...in minetas eyes...heaven....he looks back up....but she again hangs on to him...
Izuku: "oh shit" trying to pull a blanket over them...and he was nervous...very nervous...his eyes glowed for a bit and his chest slightly glowed...but...he managed to keep himself calm...
"oh shit indeed" and he froze....as he slowly turns his head 
Midnight: "Never knew you had it in you...hmhm~"
Izuku: "h-h-how long?" 
Midnight: "Just got in...when i saw you weren't in your designated quarters...i knew eventually you would do this" 
Izuku: "could i say i was dragged here?" 
Midnight: "so she initiated it...hmm...surprising" 
Izuku: "I don't understand" 
Midnight: "don't fret too much about it...you have a meeting with Nezu...he told to not tell this...but....Your mom is here" 
Izuku: "..." 
Midnight: "I thought you deserved to know...she wants to talk..." 
Izuku: "...I guess this meeting is unavoidable...great" 
Midnight: "Plus...this little thing here...will befall on deaf ears and blind eyes...okay~" 
Izuku: "um....thank you?" 
Midnight: "hmhm~...don't worry about it...if she's this happy...then i'm sure you made her world" 
Izuku: "okay i'm getting ready" 
Midnight: "15 minutes" 
Izuku: "thank you again" now nudging Nejire she groans and tries to keep him there 
Nejire: "mmmno" 
Izuku: "Nej...i need to get to a meeting" 
Nejire: "no...stay" 
Izuku: "I...I have to...otherwise i'll get in trouble" 
Nejire: "mmm" 
Izuku: "*sigh*" 
Nejire: "...why?" trying to go back to sleep
Izuku: "A meeting....I told you" 
Nejire: "can't wait a little longer?" 
Izuku: "seems  urgent" 
Nejire: "*sigh*...okay...fine...*sniff*...you smell good" 
Izuku: "okay...time to get up" and he gets out...puts on some casual clothing...and he then lets her sleep...
Nejire: Be back soon..." 
Izuku: "I'll try" and he again gives her a kiss to savor and he leaves now...Midnight waiting for him outside...he walks with her...
Midnight: "so glad you managed to get your relationship settled up more" 
Izuku: "It...It was a big step for both of us" 
Midnight: "I'm sure it was.....tell me...are you top?" teasing 
Izuku: "what?...why would i top things?" 
Midnight: "Nevermind...are you nervous?" 
Izuku: "To try and understand why she's here...and wants to talk to me...no idea...I'm more annoyed that i could've just enjoyed the Morning with Nejire than having to deal with this" 
Midnight: "Believe me i know how you feel" continuing on...they reach Nezus office....standing outside for a bit...
Izuku: "..." Midnight stopped him 
Midnight: "hold up" as he waits...Midnight straightens his outfit out..
Izuku: "what are you doing?" 
Midnight: "need to look presentable" getting a cloth out and she wipes off a black spot" 
Izuku: "Nej wore makeup" 
Midnight: "i...I see" not asking him about why...
Izuku: "Alright...I'm heading in now" and he opens the door...
Nezu: "Midoriya...good of you to join us" and right beside him...was Inko...
Inko: "son" standing there...as he comes in...ignoring her
Nezu: "please sit" gesturing to a chair right to her...not wanting to disobey orders...he sits down...he tries his best to control his anger...his rage...his hatred 
Nezu: "good...not then...the reason i called you here...Inko wants to have a word with you" 
Izuku: "and what could that be" snapping back quickly 
Inko: "I...I want to talk about your father...Your Biological father" as Izuku waits...he can't bear to look at her any longer...looking away...
Inko: "...he's missing" 
Izuku: "..." 
Inko: "he's been missing since you turned three...and...at some point he was presumed dead...But...before...i talked to him for the last time...he..." 
Flashback 
Inko: "what do you mean?" 
Hisashi: "I can't come back...there's too much at stake here...there's a war going on in the background...i have to know...i need to know" 
Inko: "but...your son...he needs his father...he needs a mentor...a teacher...both of his parents!" 
Hisashi: "I know...I know...god...I saw his picture...heh...he's got your hair color" 
Inko: "he may have...but he looks just like his father" 
Hisashi: "...*sigh*...How Toshinori" 
Inko: "he's been okay...ever since that fight with All for one the injury has gotten better" 
Hisashi: "poor guy...once this is all over Inko...I will come back home to you...We will raise our son together...I just want you to understand why i can't right now..." 
Inko: "please...please just come home safely" 
Hisashi: "I will...i love you" 
Flashback ends
Inko: "Right after the call...i was going to say the same thing...but...there was an interference and i lost his signal...ever since then...he was missing...he was never found...no body...no trace...they don't know where to look first..." 
Izuku: "why are you telling me this" 
Inko reaches into her purse...bringing out an envelope...she hands it to him 
Izuku: "what is this?" 
Inko: "Your father was going to give it to you when your old enough...but...he gave it to me just in case...I...I just thought you deserved to know...what i did to you...It wasn't just out of being ignorant...I knew i was ignoring you...and neglected you...I...I couldn't bear it...when...when I look at you...all i saw was him...and it's no excuse...it's not even a reason...only out of my own selfish needs...that i choosed to neglect the one thing thats left of him...and...when i saw your battle with All For One...I...I just thought i was going to lose you as well...*sob*...I can't cry..I don't earn the right...but...I just want you to know Izuku...and I...I am so...so sorry...for hurting you...I never meant for any of that...your sister...the life that you had went through when you were with us...was nothing short of horrific...All I could do...is watch...it's not my job anymore to stop you from whatever your doing...Okuma...Momiji...they were your Real family...they were the ones who took care of you...And i'm...I'm so happy...you managed to live a good life with them...
Flashback 
Inko was injured on the ground...when she used to attend U.As general course...after a supposed villain attack as she was hurt...the villain that walked up to her just laughs 
"your presence is annoying...whore" as he was going to use his quirk to kill her...from what was supposed to be a killing attack..never came 
Inko: "huh?" in front of her...was her hero...
Hisashi: "gnh...Inko...run...RUN!!" turning to him...as he breathes out fire...defeating him
Later 
Inko: "why would you do that?" 
Hisashi: "huh?...what do you mean?" 
Inko: "You could've died...you would've" worried 
Hisashi: "if its to protect you...then it's all worth the effort...besides...what type of hero would i be?" smiling brightly as he chuckles...and then...she saw Izuku saving her husband in the same matter...how he said to fight...
Flashback ends 
Izuku: "I see" looking at the envelope...the seal still there...never opened...he didn't know what to do...or how to respond to his mothers outburst...still crying as she revealed to him that she purposely ignored him all because he reminded her of his dad...and seeing she's just filled with guilt...which she deserves to have...something else in him...was annoying him 
'You know she deserves this...she needs worse...yell out how it was her fault he's gone...how she was too weak to even protect herself" 
Izuku: "..." 
"or you could burn it right in front of her...but then again...we would want to read it as well..." 
Izuku: "..." 
"or we could in fact...kill her...make her suffer for what she did to us..." 
Izuku: 'no' 
'oh please...you honestly don't believe she's really remorseful...she's is like this because you have a quirk...she's supportive now...remember...this is all happening now that we have a quirk...before they just treated us like trash...like a lint or spec of dust that needs to be brushed...meaningless' As Izuku stands up...he walks on over to Inko...who looks up at him..seeing the tears rolling down her face...with no words said...he kneels down to her level...and brings her close...for a hug...shocked by the gesture...as Nezu now pours more tea and just watches the scene...he continues to write down in his notebook
Izuku: "..." now releasing her....Inko was going to say something...but he leaves...she could only feel...how much restraint he had in that hug...he was having a conflict in himself...she didn't know what to do...but...just...feel glad...that he at least pity her enough...

Aizawa: "Hurry up...clean it" looking over the students that took part in the Kamino ward incident...
Jirou: "this is bullshit" as she and Izumi clean the bathrooms...yes...even the boys...which wasn't as bad as they thought...for some reason...
Izumi scrubbing the stalls...Jirou now turns to look at her...scowling...and she kicks the door stopper out of the way and the door closes...locking it now 
Izumi: "...what are you doing?" 
Jirou: "now we can continue our conversation" 
Izumi: "your still on that?!" 
Jirou: "yes...and i won't stop asking...until you spill it...what is going on...between you...and your brother...the guardian" 
Izumi: "it's not any of your business"
Jirou: "Its my damn business if it involves our safety...or hell..the fact i respect the guardian enough to give a shit about his wellbeing...and you...i don't care for what happens to you..." 
Izumi: "Jirou...drop it" 
Jirou: "Your not getting out of this damn bathroom" 
Izumi: "Don't make me do this"  
Jirou: "Do what...what happened between you and him...to cause him to attack you...to threaten you...not caring about his image when he did that in front of not only me...but others...who said to lida to never compare his relationshop with his brother to you...what...happened" 
Izumi: "get out of the way" as she was going to the door...Jirou leans on it...she had enough...Izumi used her quirk to move her out of the way...
Jirou: "oh hell no you didn't do that" now wrapping her jacks around her hand...pulling her back..
Jirou: "TELL ME!!" 
Izumi: "NO!" and the two broke out into a fight...as Jirou throws the spray bottle at her...she tries to cover her eyes to prevent her from using her quirk...well one of them...as Izumi just kicks her off not caring about the fact they were fighting in a bathroom...as Izumi was trying to get out...Jirou then jumps on her...and jabs one of her jacks into her arm...and let her heartbeat go through it...the same arm her brother had snapped in two...causing a massive surge of pain...hearing her scream ...hurts her ears...but she still kept on going...until Izumi grabs Jirous hair to yank it forward and slam her into the wall..then the bathroom door opens
Aizawa: "What is the meaning of this!" using his quirk to disable both of their quirks as the two sit up and bickered about one another saying they did this and that...Aizawa just pinches the bridge of his nose...until
Aizawa: "QUIET!!" Snapping at them to go silent...as Izumi rubs her arm...seeing the hole Jirous jack was at...And Jirou rubs her hair and pinches her nose to try and stop her nosebleed...
Aizawa: "Izumi return to your dorm now" 
Izumi: "but she just attacked" 
Aizawa: "now" calmly telling them again...as Izumi stands up Jirou waits for her to be out of sight...
Aizawa: "Talk" closing the door now...as he waits for Jirous explanation...

five minutes later 

Aizawa: "Why do i even bother anymore" 
Jirou: "she's abusive...And it's obvious...her brothers hatred towards her...the threats that he would give...even when he doesn't want to look at her...he'll have this killer intent behind his glare...someone would never act like that...if they really hate the person..." 
Aizawa: "..." 
Jirou: "..." 
Aizawa: We know" 
Jirou: "then why is she still here..." 
Aizawa: "here's the thing...we can't expel her...as much as i want to...we can't...it'll only add more tension between us and the people...can you think why" 
Jirou: "our trust with them is already dwindling" 
Aizawa; "mm-hmm...and say that tomorrow...this gets leaked and the news of how a student abused their sibling...and has done so for years...yet is still allowed in a hero school...it will destroy any trust we have left with them...that is why we're holding it until we get a hold on the situation" 
Jirou: "god...this is sick...why do you care?...it's a heroes job to stop evil...to...to bring justice...to bring order...not beat around it or ignore it because it doesn't benefit them..." 
Aizawa: "Jirou...you need to listen...and listen closely...you cannot let any of this information get leaked into the public...not for just their sake...but for the Guardians...if they find out about not only about his past...but what he did to Izumi...it's going to make matters worse for him...they're only starting to trust him because his quirk awakened" 
Jirou: "so shallow...fucking rats" 
Aizawa: "Believe me he can see through their facade...but for now...wait on it...when the time comes...we'll reveal it...hell i'll even help you reveal it...there's enough evidence to keep her away for good...you hear me?" 
Jirou: "..." 
Aizawa: "am i clear" 
Jirou: "grr...fuck...yes" 
Aizawa: "you can still give reassuring support to the guardian...his quirk...is a bit too much for him" 
Jirou: "i don't think it's his quirk...if you were hurt for god knows how long..would you act the same?" she brought up a good point there...
Aizawa: "*sigh* just keep up your part of the deal...I'll Send Momo down to help you...meantime you can take a break" and he leaves her there now...leaning against the wall...she hits the wall...frustrated by this
Jirou: "motherfucker"
