Finding the Hero killer

"WELCOME TO THE U.A SPORTS FESTIVAL!!" hearing the crowd cheering in the distance....Present Mics voice echoing in the background...knowing that the future Heroes in training are preparing themselves for this...but that wasn't the case for Izuku...as he stands on one of the buildings rooftops...he waits for the phone call he'll receive from Ingenium...sharpening his Masakari...he looks overhead at the lively city in front of him...seeing all the people crowding in front of the Arena...he then feels the phone vibrating...well his phone 
Izuku; "hello?" 
Nejire: "hey hey!" 
Izuku couldn't help but smile: "hey to you to...you enjoying the show?" 
Nejire: "well the first round hasn't started yet...although we see a lot of the pro heroes on patrol...some sitting on top of the arena roof...and there are some literally on the field!" 
Izuku: "Hmm...i see" 
Nejire: "so...i heard Ochako calls you Izuku now huh" 
Izuku frozed up a little from this 
Nejire: "how come?" curious at this 
Izuku: "well considering that she is a friend now....thought i give her the benefit...also it's mainly from the fact i may or may have done my fighting in front of her in USJ" 
Nejire: "...oh" 
Izuku: "Please don't be too mad" 
nejire: "Nah...I'm not mad...i'm happy actually...that the students are getting used to you" 
Izuku: "same here" 
Nejire: "welp...oh it's about to start!" 
Izuku: "well i guess i'll leave it to you then" 
Nejire: "Aww...your not going to attend?" 
Izuku: "I'm sorry...but i have work to do right now" 
Nejire: "Phooey!...oh well...i guess another time...i love you Izuku!" cheering out 
Izuku blushed hearing this: "...love you too" and she hangs up the phone from there...now looking back at the flip phone...now he receives a message from Ingenium...
'Head to Hosu city...we may have found a lead' so...ahead of schedule...
Izuku: 'right" and now he jumps off the rooftop to another...and he makes his way there...but he stops for a moment and texted him 
Izuku: 'where's hosu city again?' and he's pretty sure he can feel the frustration...

Izumi: "come on come on!" as she tries to rush past Ochako...she managed to get the advantage on her...
Izumi tried to use her quirk on her...but not without having sand thrown in her face 
Momo: "sorry!" as she rushes past her...
Izumi: "BAH!!!..." how do they know this!?!?!
Bakugo: "FUCK OFF!" pushing past her as she now trips into the dirt...she wipes it off and now she had no choice...but to use One For all..
Ochako then sees the others now gaining speed...Todoroki was still there...a

Nejire: "wowee...look at her go" eating the popcorn she bought from the vendors...
Mirio: "man...i'm sure Izuku would love this" 
Yuyu: "sadly...he can't" being snarky about it 
Tamaki eats a eel sushi...and his arm turns into a eel tail...as he then reaches over and shocks her 
Yuyu: "AHH!!" as she held on to her behind 
Tamaki: "be nice" 
Yuyu: "jesus!" 
Mirio: "and now your going to be stuck with that for five minutes" 
Tamaki: "i don't care" 
Yuyu: "goddamn i hate it when you do that" 
Tamaki: "and you think i care" 
Nejire: "shush!" shoving popcorn into both of their mouths
"OH WOW LOOK AT THAT!!" and she looks back immediately over at Ochako floating right over the Zero pointers...though she had some panic...since she still thinks back to the time she nearly was killed by that thing...but...she gathers her courage and goes right through" 
Nejire: "YEAH!!!" tossing up her popcorn which scattered all over the place 
"HEY"

Nejire: "oh crap" as the bag now comes back down and lands on Mirios head
Mirio: "well then...glad that's out of the 'bag'...hehe" 
Yuyu: "your awful" 
Nejire: "SORRY!" as she profusely apologizes...she sits back down a little red...embarrassed for baptizing people with popcorn...she nervously takes a sip of her drink...Mirio through just picked a popcorn out of his bag hat and eats it 
Mirio: "mmph...YEE!" 
Yuyu: "*sigh*" 

Izuku now gets off the train...he didn't specify where to meet up...but he'll assume it's somewhere...and plus he didn't want to jump from roof to roof and just said fuck it...heading down  now...he sees People are growing weary of him...some looking at him in awe...others in fear...as he passes by them...but he didn't want to instill fear in the innocent...he wanted to ensure them...that they are safe...
'when they run out of things to use you for...they'll cast you aside...abandon you...the people fear you...because you represent  everything that they are against...' 
Izuku shakes his head...keeping that crusted ballsacks words out of his head...surely he can't be right about it...right?!...
Izuku: "is that why they're so afraid of me...because i represent something they hate..." 
"What are you on about?" turning around to see Ingenium there...
Izuku: "just...some thoughts" 
Ingenium: "well...come on...we're heading on over to central area" 
Izuku: "right" and he follows him...seeing his hero outfit...now he needs to ask him...once they make it to central area...they take a moment to stop an assess the area they have
Ingenium: "so...any idea where he could be?" 
Izuku: "no clue...but i do have a question" 
Ingenium: "Sure" 
Izuku: "Are you in some form...related to lida Tenya?" and he looks at him in confusion
Ingenium: "what the?...i..I thought you already knew?" 
Izuku: "nope...well now that's out of the bag...glad to know...oh and another question" 
Ingenium: "uh...sure i guess?" 
Izuku: "do you happen to know what cockblocking means?" 
Ingenium: "..." 
Izuku: "..." 
Ingenium: "..." 
Izuku: "..." 
Ingenium: "we're done talking" 
Izuku: "okay"...waiting for the moment to happen...they just both sit there for a while...trying to make small talk here and there...but it does get personal 
Ingenium: "So USJ put another restriction on you" 
Izuku: "yes...Guardians don't have the same morals as Pro heroes...If i had no choice i will resort to bloodshed" 
Ingenium: "not from what i heard" 
Izuku: "they threaten to rape the students...grope them...harm them...doing things that may be considered...vulgar...if that's appropriate" 
Ingenium: "well..i don't know you and i wasn't there...i'm sure my opinion won't be the same" 
Izuku: "I had to send lida to retrieve the other heroes...i have faith in him...and of course others are capable of handling themselves" 
Ingenium: "yet you still went to assist them" 
Izuku: "Based off their locations alone...from their limits that i try to look at...i had to do what i could...to ensure none of them are harmed" 
Ingenium: "looks at him closely as he states this...and he chuckles 
Izuku: "what...did i say something?" curious 
Ingenium: "I can see why he has a high opinion of you...even though you are considered to be stubborn...aggressive...a womanizer" 
Izuku; "thank you?" 
Ingenium: "and incredibly naive...but...you'll do great...and i can see why you did what you did...you didn't have a choice...so many new heroes...each one that come in...all about the clout...the money...the fame...It's been a long time...since i heard of someone...who doesn't care if he's paid...or famous...as long as the innocent is safe and sound...like All Might...Like firedrake" 
Izuku: "well...i agree with the firedrake part" 
Ingenium: "I know he's your dad..." 
Izuku: "do you know what happened to him?..no one is telling me anything...and...i honestly wish to know" 
Ingenium: "well...something happened during a villain attack that caused him to go missing...what the whole deal of it was i don't know" 
Izuku: "Is that really all?" 
Ingenium: "that's all i know" 
Izuku: "damn it...i just...want some closure at least." now even more frustrated at this 
Ingenium: "despite what others say..I think he's alive out there...somewhere...and if he does come back...lets hope he has a good explanation for that" 
Izuku: "hopefully" and then...a scream is heard in the distance as the sun started to set...the evening has come around...the sports festival long over...and the dusk has arrived...
Ingenium: "sounds like our cue" 
Izuku: "lets hurry!" and they rush towards the source of the scream 

"AGH PLEASE...PLEASE I DON'T KNOW!!" as the heroine has a sword to her throat...in a lock...by none other...than the hero killer stain 
Stain: "You do know where he is...this is why the world is going down to the gutters...people like you trying to control things like it's yours to begin with...no more" and he then was about to slit her throat until...a chain out of nowhere hits him  and he deflects the incoming Chakrams 
Stain: "of course you had backup" now dropping in front of him...was Ingenium 
Ingenium: "heard you were looking for me" as the valiant knight is about a good distance away from him...he nods and the hero that was captive runs away now...
Stain: "you see that...that is a hero?...nothing short but a coward...with a meaningless title" 
Ingenium: "You are to stop this nonsense...lay down your swords and we can get through this peacefully" 
Stain: "You know i'm coming for you...you...a puppet to the ones pulling the strings above...the lingering corruption that has us putting faith into the decaying society...no..." 
Ingenium: "it's not recommended to do that" 
Stain: "I can see you have some help...a brave one at least." as the chakrams come back around...and it lands on Izukus gear...he holds the Masakari tightly...and he comes out...seeing him...he keeps his gaze on him 
Stain: "hmm..so..it is true...you are a guardian...and i thought Shugoki was the last one to rightfully claim the title...but...are you as great as him...you killed...for a reason...to protect those who are in danger...who are in need...but...do they really need you?" 
Izuku "You are the Hero killer...the one who's been killing new heroes...I will not let this go on for any longer" 
Stain: "and rightfully misguided...you are chained...bound by a rule that you cannot break...I will kill this hero..if it's the last thing i do" 
Ingenium: "no more...your terror ends here" and Izuku gets ready now...to face...the killer...of heroes
