Darkness was everywhere as I tried to open my eyes and I felt the sound of a few drops of water falling to the ground. Then my mind started to process what had happened and I realized where I might be now. The room, if we can call it that because looking down from the water droplets I could swear we were in some old warehouse, it looked so dark that I could not understand if I was alone or not.

But then after no more than 5 minutes some voices began to be heard which seemed to echo, apparently they were coming from a corridor.

The door opened wide enough to enter a piece of light and together with, two men who from the silhouette looked huge in body and a boy I could swear was only 14-15 years old. I could understand that I was a threat to them because of the information I had, but what I did not understand was what they might want from a teenager.

Without saying anything they threw the boy to the ground maybe 2 or 3 meters away from me and then I could not see anymore as the light which entered the door went away with them.

I was feeling like I had a stone in my heart and I wanted to talk to comfort that guy by telling him that everything would be ok, but I could not. My mouth was closed by a handkerchief which I could not remove even if I wanted to because my hands were tied.

◇◇◇

I knew a few hours had passed by, but I wasn't sure how much and I felt my stomach make some weird noises, I was hungry and I was sure the boy was feeling the same thing.

"Hey, hey how are my guests on this beautiful day" I heard someone talking through the door but the light fell directly on my eyes and I closed them until the door closed again leaving him to enter.

" Upss, such a fool I'm. I forgot you can't see it since you are closed here." He said again, but this time directed at the little guy and took of the handkerchief over his mouth.

I was surprised because he did not look scared at all but angry glared at him as he spoke:-

"Your not a fool, your a coward because you deal with people younger than yourself. Wait till dad and Aiden find you and make you never see the day."

"Funny, because I just talked to your dad and he almost said the same words to me. If your father does his homework properly within 12 hours you will be free and happy."

Now fear had covered my body as I realized I was alone with no one to save me, then he left the boy with a smirk and the next minute I realized I had him in front of my face. He used his hands to raise my jaw and I could feel his gaze straight into my eyes even though the darkness did not promise him much.

"So much time not seeing you my dear, but from now on i will be more polite and keep visiting." He said and i didn't understand what he meant by that because i was sure i didn't know him. Then one of the guards approached as he ordered him to release me for a few minutes so I could eat and help the boy feed.

"Now i am leaving you some time just to get to know each other, well and not starve to death before i get what i want." Was all he said before before slamming the door and leaving.

I reached out to pick up the food they had brought and approached the boy, started filling the spoon with the soup and directed it towards his mouth but he avoided it..

" Can you please prove it? I don't like peppers on my soup." I shook my head and was surprised I also did not like peppers on the soup but anyway I did not protest and immediately tried it. After making sure there was no pepper in the soup I took the spoon again and started feeding him.
