Chapter 1 Part 4: The Kick That Changed Everything

To Recap the events of last time:
Nia has been captured by the Ardainians! But that isn't all, as Special Inquisitor Morag has arrived to make things extra difficult.
Promising to rescue the cat girl, Our Heroes, Y/n and Pyra, now joined by Nopon Tora and new Blade Futsu, journey out to do just that!... only to learn that Nia is planned to be executed in the coming days.
Our Heroes Plan to Interrupt said execution, BUT! Before we do that, Tora has a plan! To help the group even more, he plans to finish his Artificial Blade! And become a Driver to help the team fight!
Quite the Badass Plan if I do say so myself... the team just needs 60,000 Gold... a tall order...

So now! Our heroes' journey out into Torigoth to get the money and equipment they need to finish this project!

With Tora leading the way, we now join back in with our heroes as they are seen talking to a Shopkeeper! A Gormotti named Kassa... yet despite being named he's still a Generic NPC, how fun!

Kassa: "Well, hello there."

Tora: "Tora here to buy Perfect Range Sensor and Bion Connectors!"

Kassa: "Ahh, you're the young Nopon who was gazing longingly at those the other day."

Tora: "Meh-Meh!? You noticed!?"

Kassa: "Well, considering you were staring for three hours straight... But I'm dreadfully sorry... We're all out of Perfect Range Sensors right now. We've got plenty of Bion Connectors still, though. They're 4,000G apiece."

Y/n: "And we need 3 of them... that would be... Uh..."

Y/n began counting on his fingers.

Pyra: "12,000G."

Y/n: "12,000G! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY THAT!... Holy shit that's a lotta money!"

Tora: "Great Momopon Promised to pay whole amount! No backsies!"

Y/n: "OI! I DID NO SUCH THING! Don't you dare try to use my Inability to break promises against me!"

Tora: "Meh-Meh!! Tricky Plan not work!"

Y/n: "Hmph! Besides, I don't have that kinda money right now."

Y/n lied, causing Tora to look sad for a moment before the Shopkeeper noticed something.

Kassa: "Hold on a second, you're that Legendary Salvager aren't you? Momotaro?"

Kassa asked, causing Y/n to smile as he posed.

Y/n: "Yup! That's me! Pretty cool, huh?"

Kassa: "Well, you could always try getting the Bion Connectors that way. Through Salvaging."

Hearing this shocked Y/n a bit as he jumped back a bit.

Y/n: "Woah, you serious? You can Salvage up something that valuable?"

Kassa: "Yup. Apparently Salvagers fish the things up quite regularly around this season."

Tora: "Ah! That Great idea! Great Momopon best Salvager around! He get Bion Connectors no problem!"

Y/n: "WHA! HA! HA! HAAA!!! YOU KNOW IT! I'LL GRAB THOSE BION CONNECTORS WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL! IT'LL BE A FESTIVAL!"

Pyra: "I-I'll help too! Uh... By cheering you on... I-I'm no good a-at Salvaging at all..."

Pyra said as the group walked away from the shop, quickly regrouping near the town's center.

Tora: "Now, only problem is Perfect Range Sensor..."
