12. (Old Memos)

Y/N giggled at the woman in front of him and shook her head. She stood aside and gave her the way. Y/N signalled her to come inside, welcoming her. When the woman entered the room, she shut the door behind her and went to sit on the chair which was right in front of the sofa where her mom sat.

Seeing her entering the room, Tom sat straight on the edge of the bed, respecting her. Later when Rachel said she wanted to talk, he got up and sat on the chair-sofa.

You: What do you want to talk about mom?

Rachel giggled at the way she addressed her. She looked at her with so loving eyes and Tom too. Yea, she came to talk about something but not that much serious. They belonged to the high class but their thinking was that we should spend some time with family too because accidents can take place anytime.

Rachel: You shouldn't be here Tom...

Tom chuckled a bit but then he came to Rachel and hugged her with a motherly feeling, giving a light peck on her cheek. She giggled and kept her hand on Tom's. She knew how lovely and manipulating he can be. She won't fall for it, or maybe.

Tom: Mom, you don't need to worry about me. Your daughter too, after all she's going to marry the only son of Walton, the richest family.

They all nodded and laughed out a little. Tom again went back to his place. Rachel's face turned a little serious. Y/N nodded looking at her, telling her to tell the problem.

Rachel: Daughter, you know how's Jason and his family. We've heard enough rumors to already kill them but still he's your mate. The thing is why did you decide to make them live here?

The queen sighed and then looked up again to answer.

You: I didn't want to live with them, mom. They might have secrets and rooms to cover them. I know we also have one room that we don't open but that's because it has a little secret of mine, not because I want to destroy someone or do black magic there. 

Rachel nodded, agreeing with her point. Tom wasn't interested in listening so he was busy smelling some liquor kept on the table which was in the corner. When Y/N's gaze went to him she threw him a cushion. He turned around flustered, seeing her expressions, he came back and sat with them.

Breaking the silence, Y/N spoke

You: Mom, tomorrow we'll move to our castle again. Before that I wanted to see their territory. 

Rachel: Sure, my daughter, we'll go after you'll see and roam around.

The queen smiled wide at that. She looked at Tom for his opinion and he nodded as no, receiving another cushion. Rachel laughed at them, behaving childish. Soon she stood up to leave her room. But before going she held Tom's ear

Tom: Ouch mom! It hurts...

Rachel: Next time I see you in her room I'll tear your flesh out, OK? Go to your room.

He nodded hastily holding his painful ear making Y/N giggle. Finally, they all slept too. Soon the new morning came. While having breakfast with everyone, the queen said that she wanted to see the place and who would deny her.

But Melina said she shouldn't go alone as she might get lost. She told Jason to go with her and Y/N agreed smiling to him. 

Right now, they were standing in a horse stable waiting for the queen. Jason and Tom here already there on their horses. Jason thought that she would come and sit behind him on his horse.

Later when the queen arrived wearing her black gloves, open hair having a small hair pin only. Her blue royal dress attracting both the men in front of her. She looked at them both, shaking her head, she went and took another horse. Jason really thought that she might not know horse riding. Uff! Hearing his heart shatter (lol).

You: Ready?

Both: Yes! Let's go.

They looked at each other and laughed. Soon they left. Jason showing them all the ways, roads, shops and everything. She liked the Dynasty but nothing in particular took her interest. Later in the way she saw a way to the forest. She asked Jason to show it to them at first, he refused but when he saw her gaze at him, his knees got weak, before he could fall from the horse, he agreed to show it to them.

They paved their way towards the forest. They came across a house in the middle. That was the first thing that attracted her. She stopped in front of it and got off the horse. Jason looked at Tom, Tom raised his shoulders signalling he don't know what's going on her mind. 

They were about to get down too but she stopped them showing her hand. She went inside to take a look at the house.

Soon she came out and told them that there was no one and nothing special. The boys nodded and decided to dig in further. Later they reached the cliff. The horses stopped. They all got down to take a look around.

Y/N could feel the cold breeze on her skin, trying to tell her something, maybe. She bent down a little to take a look down at the cliff. Suddenly, she got startled, Jason held her whispering "careful". She nodded at him and he stepped back.

No one knew what suddenly came to her mind but she looked down and shouted

You: MOOOOOOM!!

Both men got startled and looked at you puzzled. Jason looked at you and called your name. You looked back smiling.

You: The voice echos here.

They both took a breath of relief and shook their heads. They all sat back on their horses to return. What went un-noticed was little tears in your eyes.
