3. (Date Fixed)

As the Princess returned to the palace, it was night time by then. There were guards and even if they were not there, she didn't need to fear. Why? She was a master in weapons and fighting. No one knew about it accept her parents. That was the reason they didn't send any third party behind her for protection.

She was in the hall which was empty now but still was in all its glory. She now sent everyone away and was walking through it alone. Suddenly she felt someone's presence around her so she turned back but found no one. She was now alert. She started walking again but now she tied her hair in a bun and put a pin. She removed the wail from her dress and was now empty handed.

Her eyes became still in focus when she heard something coming towards her. She was still walking but just stepped aside and turned around at the speed of light when she saw a dagger passing by her and directly embedded in the pillar. She saw a man standing in front of her with his covered face and was dressed in black.

You: Who?

That man raised his brow and took out one more dagger from his back. Y/N was now in the mindset of a fighter. She stretched her hands out and two daggers came out from her sleeves too. Both took the fighting position.

The moment the man tried to touch her the fight started. The sound of daggers colliding echoed in the hall. When the man tried to touch her face she kicked his chest, pushing him against the wall, chocking him slightly she removed the mask of the man and her eyes widened.

You: Jason!!?

Jason smiled and stood up panting. He removed his covers fully. Y/N helped him get the dust out and fix himself again. He put the dagger in the place and took out the other one from the pillar too. He turned around to look at Y/N having confused expressions on her face. He smiled so sweetly and spoke

Jason: I wanted to check the capability of my lover and the future queen.

And hugged her giggling. She smiled too and hugged him back. She shook her head in disbelief. Giggling and talking they went to their rooms. But... There was someone who was watching all this the whole time. The only thing whispered to itself was "She's impossible to fight physically like this. I have to think of something else".

And with all this the night went by. The morning came with chirping birds and some flying near Y/N window.

Y/N sat on the bed yawning. She covered her legs as the first action and then wore the soft cloth slipper, she went to the window removing the curtains fully. She looked out, taking in the beautiful view. 

She freshened up and opened the door and went to her mom's door. She knocked twice and waited for the answer. After a few minutes of waiting the door opened.

Fella: It's good you're ready. Let's go to the hall, today we'll fix the date for the marriage.

Fella said to her, smiling. Y/N also smiled widely hearing this and she nodded enthusiastically. Y/N, Fella and Michel went to the hall together. The priest, astrologer and Jason's family were already there. Melina smiled and stood looking at them and welcomed them.

Rest also stood in respect. When both the families took seats, everyone took their seats too. After the discussion of 1 hour 10 minutes the date was finally decided.

Priest: Your Honor and Highnesses, after this significant discussion we've decided the date. It's the 117th day of the year, it's coming soon which is after 36 days.

All looked at each other and then finally agreed on this auspicious date. Biding good-byes and thank you to the trio, both the families went for the morning breakfast finally.

With Grandma:

Y/N's grandma is as usual peeking through past and future and practicing her rituals. Suddenly in the mid she felt a miserable shivering through her body. She opened her eyes with a shot. She looked at her glass snow ball which showed the red snow now.

Grandma: Something horrible and terrifying is going to happen.!
