This felt warranted, seeing as I've been radio-silence for a while now.
Next chapter is coming along well, but much slower than the previous ones as I've been quite busy as of late and because it's going to be a bigger one too. I'm also working on 2 images at once right now, one for #22 and another for maybe #22 or #23 if it gets too long.
So, it may be a while yet until the next chapter is published.
Furthermore, while I'm also working on the new chapter, I've begun looking back on the old chapters, particularly the pre-Fight Club ones, and a tad bit at 16.
The former I've noted are just a lot poorer quality than what came after them, plus are lacking in the JJBA and especially the OC side of things (Because past me forgot that an OC needs more fleshing out than a single paragraph of info detailing about as much information as a Facebook profile). #2-4 could also use a few more images/GIFs, as back then I didn't make my own so I just had to rely on google searches to find them.
As for the latter, I've noted that there could be a few extra bits to flesh it out a bit more, and there are also a few inconsistencies with how the story later developed (Some other chapters have this problem as well).
So, once the new chapter is done and published, I'll begin to do some ̶r̶e̶t̶c̶o̶n̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ modifications to a few previous chapters I'm not satisfied with. Plus, I'm also going to change the end of Chapter 21 right before I publish #22 because it was a bit hodgepodge and the way I want Chapter 22 to come along it just doesn't make sense.
The chapters aren't exactly getting totally uprooted and replaced, mind. Most of the changes are just little extras and fixing any errors, both grammatical and narrative. The only major change will be to the prologue chapter, which I'm planning to mostly or even completely re-do... But even then it wouldn't change so much that it would warrant a re-read.
...So, don't be alarmed if you suddenly get, like, 8 different 'chapter published' notifications or whatever it is all at once.
