Had an idea to do these intermittently between main story chapters and thought 'Sure, why not lol'.

Enjoy.

Oh, and, on a side note, searching by the #stand tag shows that the #4 and #5 stories (as of June 12th) both involve Silver Chariot - another win in the bag, in my opinion.

Kiyo felt conflicted.

On the one hand, she was having quite a bit of fun. In order to train her stand's now clearly defined abilities, Josuke had arranged a series of training programs for her since a few months back. Tagging along to almost every session were Josuke's coworker and squad mate Okuyasu Nijimura, and various different guests depending on the occasion. She had met most of Morioh's stand users through this training process, though out of all of them, one Yuya Fungami ended up being the most recurrent character thus far. His stand, [Highway Star], was by far the most comparable to Kiyo's stand in most aspects, making it the best for comparison and competition's sake.

On the other, she felt like this whole training thing was going absolutely nowhere. She'd been pitted up against or with stand users of all kinds, both on the clock and without time constraints, racing for objectives or simply trying to win an all-out fight. For months. And while the first few times it was really exciting, she quickly realised what the limits of her stand were.

It had a very long range, with the max she could really push right now being around 900 metres, which was great, and she'd been managing to slowly push it further and further over time. It also was quite the tough nut to crack - Even Josuke's Crazy Diamond could only do minimal damage to her stand, which transferred to her as light pins and needles, and a few light bruises. All this and its main ability made it the perfect pursuit stand.

But, that was about it. She chastised herself internally for the selfishness, but she still lamented the limitations she felt her stand had (She had also expressed these to Josuke, but he brushed it off as her just getting mad at her own limitations, considering what a stand actually was. She did not appreciate this answer). It had a few good fighting moves, but overall was not too effective in stand-to-stand combat. Josuke continually reassured her that none of that mattered, and that it was useful in its own way, but Kiyo was still not happy with the fact. Hence, at her insistence, Josuke arranged for training to try and improve the stand's actual practical uses.

In doing so, they had travelled to a secluded valley that had only formed last year as a result of an earthquake and subsequent tsunami, meaning it was still mostly uncolonised by the town's infrastructure (And far away from spying eyes). And as for their exercise?

"ROOOOAAAAAAAAGH! TELL THOSE GUYS TO CHILL OUT, JOSUKE!"

"Gotcha Okuyasu! Just keep running over that way!" Josuke said back through his police radio, before turning to Yuya and Kiyo. "Good work, see if you can push him harder at all."

Yuya nodded affirmatively, visibly focusing such as to command Highway Star to enhance the pace of the chase. Kiyo looked up for a moment from her SH906i flip-phone, taking in the scene of Okuyasu running from both her's and Yuya's stands at the same time.

That was another peculiar thing about her stand. It was almost completely autonomous - of course, she had a basic degree of control over it, being able to tell it where to go and stuff, but in general once it had a target it'd just passively pursue said target until deactivated. In this state it was able to keep up with Highway Star's pursuit mode, which was also running somewhat passively, following the trail of Okuyasu's scent around the makeshift arena. Now, with Highway Star putting in more effort into the chase, she now had to make some conscious effort to keep up as well.
