quiet night,
flashing lights,
contained laughter,
holding hands,
broken spaghetti,
straight teeth,
taste of garlic --
on my lips,
blue dress,
pink shirt,
wet kisses,
tangled arms,
tasteless beer,
cheap toothpaste,
your hand on my hair,
your voice in my ear,
your sister's wedding,
dogs and cats,
boba tea,
toxic exes,
stupid cults,
pineapples and peaches,
all in cans,
tongues and curses,
symphony,
park benches,
white shoes,
sweet whispers,
a long night,
walking with your
hand on my back,
salty crackers,
messy hair,
genuine smile,
noisy drunkards
near the lot,
and your song
in the dark,
I just learned,
to love all these.
