Tonight

Is.

The.

Party.

I don't want to go.

I told Harry, since he asked me what she was talking about. I didn't tell him, about her trying to get him for herself, and get her revenge on me.

Nope.

But I just told him about the party. He suggested that we should go, because I needed to try to forget my aunt situation right now.

I could see where he was coming from, but he doesn't know Maria. He doesn't know, how much she hurt me.

"Why don't you wanna go?" He asks, curiously.

I didn't know whether to him or not. I just give him an uneasy smile,

"It's fine. If you want to go we can." I reply, ignoring my own thoughts. He looks at me with doubt,"Are you sure? We really don't have to go. I just wanted you to have a good time, after everything that happened." He says, I nod with a smile.

"Yeah, we can go." I nod, this should be fun right?

Just avoid Maria this whole night, and hang out with my boyfriend.

He smiles,"Hey, sorry to ask but what was up with that girl's eye?" He says.

I look at him confused. "Who?"

"That girl you were talking to, at the beach. She turned to look at me, and her eye like twitched or something." He explains.

I almost couldn't control my laughter, I guess that was her attempt of a wink.

"Oh, haha. I don't know." I reply, laughing. He looks at me curious, but let's it go.

"Okay, then. The party is in a few hours."

I looked in my suitcases finding nothing to wear. Nothing to impress Maria with.
Well..not really impress.

But during high school, I always kept myself covered.

I then see a black dress, lace covering the sleeves. It was pretty. I realized that it was a dress Lauren, bought me a few months ago.

I smile, grabbing it and a pair of black flats. I brush my hair, slipping on the dress. The dress coming to mid-thigh and being tight fitting.

I almost took it off, and out a pair of jeans on. But I decided against it. I left the bathroom, hoping Harry changed his mind on going.

But I seen him dressed in my room. He looked really...good, I had to look away.
It was too late, when he turned my way smirking.

"Yeah, yeah I know. A picture will last longer." I say, as if I knew what he would say.

He laughs, then starts looking at me. "I'm not leaving your side the whole night." He admits, looking at me with a cheeky smile.

I avoid his eyes, blushing.

Maybe tonight won't be so bad.

....but I never knew I could be so wrong.

~~

The aroma of sweat and alcohol filling my senses, when Harry and I walk into the party. It was in a club. I look around, seeing people I remembered from high school, but most of the people were unfamiliar.

It felt wrong being here, as if I didn't belong. I sighed, looking at Harry. He smiles, before grabbing my hand leading me into the crowd. I seen Maria with a group of girls, looking at the party.

She smirks, when her eyes land on me, her smirk widening when she sees Harry. I roll my eyes, my hand gripping tighter on his hand. Harry looks at me, with a slight smile as if to ask why is suddenly grabbed his hand tightly.

I shake my head,"I just don't feel well." I reply. He looks at me, in concern.

"We can leave if you want..I don't want you here if you're sick." He suggests, I smile at him.

"It's fine, really." I say, avoiding his gaze. "I'm going to go get a drink. I'll be right back." I say, before unwrapping my hand from his.

He gives me a doubtful look, before nodding. I kiss his cheek, he pouts before I laugh silently.

I walk towards the bar, I see a few drinks. I didn't know whether to drink or not.

But the worrying fact that Maria is getting revenge on me, still in mind.

I grab a glass, gulping it down. I'm gonna regret this.
