              《Chapter 38》

            《Chunany's pov》

The door was actually way easier to open that I expected, though if you didn't know a door was there you would never find it. I went down into the basement with a towel strewn over my shoulder, the desire to read is journal  was so overpowering, but I bend my mind and leave it for last. After fidgeting around with the computers, I finally figured out how to use them. Thanks so much to my mom for teaching me to read.

From the one in the passage leading to his room, I erased the memory of me walking here fifteen minutes before and the memory of me walking here the night before too. A camera in my bedroom, shit! One in the kitchen and in the living room, the rest was of the outside of the house and two of the garage outside and inside, now the inside of that garage looked interesting I thought.

I got up and choose two handguns all the while wondering if he sold some of these guns and silencers, after choosing what I want I went and hid them in my bathroom. Then making sure I erased that memory of me leaving with something wrapped in a towel, I tried to turn on the screen he was watching the night before and another to the far left. The one he was watching the night before finally came on, but the other wouldn't. That screen was showing down by a wharf, the ship that I saw him watching the night before was still there and people were working. They were unloading things and packing back on things.

I tried to make it bigger like he did the night before, seeing some small numbers on the bottom of the screen, I tapped on one and the screen changed. It was showing another part of the wharf and he was there. "How cool," I whispered to myself as I watched him for a while.

He had something looking like a book in his hand and he was talking to two men, it seems he was giving them instruction because they nodded shook his hand then leave. He was looking on some kind of crates in front of him, then wrote in the book. I tapped on all the other numbers on the screen and they showed me different parts of the wharf, an office, corridors, a big room people were working in and a car park, with lots of trucks and other vehicles.

My eyes felt a bit sore and I rubbed them, I wasn't use to the bright lights of the screens and all sorts of thoughts were going through my head. I took out his jounal and read quickly over the first pages as he talked about me escaping and his new plan of capturing me, of how miserable is mama was but happy that he finally carried her to where he spend most of his time. There was nothing about the password to open the gate and that was what I mainly wanted.

My eyes landed on the wall opposite as I raised my head and I looked at the tools, aother section showed some things he was fixing by how they were placed, cameras, computer parts and an array of other items. A little section was there and I was scared as I moved the dark curtain to look in. I was relieved It was actually a developing room Numerous photographs hung from the walls, with the ones we took the day before spread out on a desk. I looked them over but didn't touch them, what was fascinating was the ones hung on one wall, they were all of me.

I wasn't looking at the camera in any of them, one of them was with me sitting on the bed putting the baby to sleep and I perceived the camera was at the focal point close to the wardrobe. I cringe at the thought of him constantly watching me. Some disc were labelled and stacked on the side of a monitor. I tried until I finally turned it on, inserting one of the discs, it lighted up showing some farms and his voice came over the audio. He spoke about his capturing of a moose that was grazing in the video.

This little punk got caught in my traps over on the mainland, I decided not to butcher her and took her here for breeding. She is a beauty and she will give me beautiful little mooses.
