            《Chunany's pov》

  Tundra's sister who Querine says name was Nayla dropped her off from school that afternoon, Querine was extremely excited showing me a report card she got that day.

  "Chunany look, my teacher had me do some tests to see how well I could do and I pass them," she said excitedly showing me the card.

  I sat on the front steps of the chairless verandah and looked at it, she got a hundred percent in the three subject areas mathematics, science and literature.

  "This is great little sis, good job," I told her feeling proud.

  No sooner had we went inside the house, the beeping of the gate alerted us to it opening again. Tundra drove in and stopped at the front door, I looked at Querine who was looking through the window, he don't normally park at the front my mind said. Then Querine shot out of her seat and ran to the door screaming, "mommy! mommy!"

  I got up from the sofa and went out on the verandah to see my sister hugging our mom and Tundra helping my brother out of his truck. I walked towards my mom as she climbed the steps and we hugged tightly, Quasi's left foot was heavily bandaged and we hugged tightly minding his injured feet.
My mom lifted Raquema and kissed her up, Tundra went pass us into the kitchen and my mother looked at me, I hugged her.

  "Mom it's so good to see you, cameras are all over the house," I whispered the last part, but Quasi heard and widened his eyes.

  We went inside the living room and sat down talking, more like catching up but cautious with what we say. Tundra came with a tray of fruit drinks, I thanked him and he said. "I'm going to collect some things, I'll be back shortly."

"Ok," I respond and he left.

  I guess he was giving us some privacy, but I knew there were cameras and I knew how to erased what I didn't want him to hear.

  "Can we go anywhere here so we could talk?" My mother asked.

"We can talk right here, he doesn't know that I've found out about the cameras and I know how to erase the recoreded contents on them," I told her and they looked at me.

  "Are you alright?" She asked and I laughed softly.

  "I am, come let me show you my room," I said and we both got up from the couch.

  I told my mom all that I wanted to, she had lost a lot of weight because she had been worried about us. I told her about me and Tundra and what he told me about trying to get me before Rafique did. She didn't judge or criticize me as I thought she may and I was glad I had someone mature to confide in. I told her all my fears and worries and was afraid to talk about sex with her, but she told me to feel free to express
myself to her. So I told her about my sexual experience with both Rafique and Tundra, then explain to her how I feel about both of them. She listened agree and disagree, then she gave me a few ideas of what she think.

  Tundra came back at sunset with two separate bags of clothes for my mother and brother. "Anything that can't fit I'll take them back and you can get better fitting ones," he said but didn't wait for an answer, he went back to the truck and came with a pair of slippers and a new shoes for Querine. They fit her perfectly, my mother and brother used our rooms to try the clothes, when they were finished Tundra said Quasi will be starting school with his sick foot. Quasi told him that he wanted a job and Tundra said he would have to do both then.
