How could you not notice?
How could you not notice the sad look in my eyes?
How could you not see the pain clearly etched onto my face?
How could you not hear that my voice is emotionless?
Sure i always smile but the pain is always there.
the sadness never leaves it just increases with every moment
So, how could you not notice the tears i try so desperately to hide?
But most of all how could you not notice I'm DEAD INSIDE?
