(Y/N)'s POV

This time, I walked home on my own. This was better for me since I had some time to think. Today, I will be meeting with my bandmates to break the news of the offer. Since they are my closest friends, I am sure everything will be fine. I hope so, at least.

As I walked into my house, I greeted my dad. My mom was nowhere to be seen, as I expected. I walk to my room. Other than the glowing stars on my ceiling and the bookshelf my dad probably dragged in while I was gone,  It's still was...plain. There was barely any space because of the boxes on the floor, maybe I should actually unpack before I get ready to leave.

After throwing my bag at a random corner and taking off my shoes, I began to work. I manage to find my speaker, blasting some music. As I was working, the song Mars by Pinkshift started playing. I start mumbling the lyrics, singing along to the chorus.

"I'm not sure how long you'll last up here, pretty boy, oh, what will we do with you"

After a few hours, the boxes have now been thrown into the corner. I will have to throw them away later.

I hang the last poster, a poster of the famous band Pink Floyd. I stand in the middle of my room, taking a look around before smiling proudly. The walls were now covered with posters of different bands and artists, I also had a couple of anime posters hanging. The bookshelf was filled with CD cases, as well as some figurines, plushies, and of course, books. It seemed finally right to live in my room again. Although others might find it messy, I liked it.

I let out a loud sigh, how tiring. I scrolled through my phone as I lay in bed. Why don't I rest before getting ready? I have some time left.

Checking my contacts, I found one with the name Dee. I forgot he gave me his number. I stare at the screen before deciding to send a message.

(Y/N):Hey, It's (Y/N)

....

...

Dee: Did you find a day off?

I couldn't help but chuckle, he was quick to jump into business, wasn't he.

(Y/N): Not really, but I did promise Heavy I'd come by Friday, we could talk about it then?

No reply.

I sigh, shaking my head. Guess that's that. Better get ready to meet up with the others. I hop off my bed and walk into my closet, let's see...what to wear. I didn't want to wear anything too flashy, so I wore a black hoodie with my ripped, black jeans and platform boots. I also wore a choker and a few colorful bracelets that I made with my friends.

Now ready to go, I rush out my room and into the living room, "Hey dad! I'm heading out!" I shout before leaving.

~~~
We were all meeting at a nearby park, so walking there didn't take too much. Still, I somehow manage to be the last one to arrive there. "Aah, shit...were you guys waiting for too long?" I laugh, trying to play it off. "Sorry, sorry, I got a bit busy."
All of them were here,
Ivan, Anna, Alex and Nikola.
"You're always the last one to arrive, (Y/N)" Nikola chuckled, shaking their head. Nikola was our drummer, they had short, black hair and brown eyes, they were also the clown of the band. Anna and Alex were siblings, they both had blonde hair and blue eyes, while Alex was our second guitarist, Anna played the keyboard, she was kind of the "mom" of the group, although she was super sweet, she could get pretty aggressive and upset at times. The last one was Ivan, our bass player, Ivan had dirty blonde hair and also brown eyes, he was the quiet one, he can be pretty awkward, but he was still pretty awesome nonetheless.
