Chapter 14

Gabby's POV

"Hi mommy's baby !" I shouted as Justin walked through the front door holding Emery.I held my arms out but Emery just shook her head and rested her head in the crook of his neck . I frowned and put my arms down to my side . "Aww what's wrong with my baby? Justin what did you do to her?" I asked showing a hint of jealousy in my voice . "Nothing.She just had fun with her daddy that's all. I guess she doesn't want to leave me ." He grinned walking himself further into the house.I rolled my eyes closing the door and following behind him."I want my baby back !" I playfully laughed. "It's not just your baby.She's mine too you know ." He laughed. "Yeah well I hate sharing !" We both laughed .

"I see your here Justin ." Jaron said walking up to us. Justin and my laughter died down.Jaron placed his arm around my shoulder and kissed my left temple . "Yeah I'm here all right.Just bringing my daughter back to her mommy ." Justin said looking at Emery who was still content in his arms.She was getting so big . "We missed her around here.I was starting to wonder if you were gonna bring her back or not ." Jaron joked . "If I had it my way there would be none of this back and forth mess.I'd have them both in one place so we could all be together ." Justin smirked at his own comment while Jaron rolled his eyes . "And if I had it my way you would never see neither of them ." Jaron removed his arm from my shoulder and crossed his arms . Oh god here we go with the insults and low blows . I rolled my eyes .

"Jaron that wasn't nice ." I mumbled . He looked down at me in confusion. "How? He was saying how he felt and I was saying how I felt ."
"Yeah but I don't want us to argue ." I said looking between Jaron and Justin. "No sweetheart I didn't come here to argue.I was just dropping our baby off home to you that's all .I don't want any problems ." Justin said smiling at me . I quickly looked down so that no one could see me blushing shamelessly. "Yeah well you dropped the baby off so don't you think you should get going?I mean your a busy guy and all being a big popstar.I'm sure you have some where to be ." Jaron spoke through his clenched jaw . "Your right I should go work on some music ." Justin nodded .

I smiled but quickly frowned when Justin said , " Just like how Gabby should work on hers ." I wanted to disappear. "Her what ?" Jaron scrunched his nose in confusion . "Her music.Gabby is very talented . When she was over my house that one night she sang for me and oh my god was it beautiful.Her voice is beautiful.But than again I should of figured because she's beautiful in general." Justin gushed. I looked at Justin like he was crazy. He had the nerve to flirt with me in front of boyfriend and inside our home ?? What was he trying to do.I blushed in embarrassment. "What's he talking about Gabby ?" Jaron asked not taking his eyes off Justin. "He's talking about nothing ." I mumbled . "If it wasn't nothing you wouldn't be bright red right now. Since when did you do music?" Jaron now turned his attention on me and he didn't look happy.

"I don't do music." I scoffed trying to just blow off Justin's statements."I can't tell .That song was amazing .I wonder who it was about ." Justin winked at me before licking his lips. Suddenly I felt the room get hot . Gabby don't look at his lips. Please don't look at his lips you hoe , your boyfriend is standing right there !" My internal voice of reason screamed at me . "You wrote a song about Justin ?" Jaron's voice was calm but his face said otherwise .

I looked between him and Justin. "Um...no...I mean I'm not a writer ." Jaron looked at me closely before he nodded his head . "Well how did you just sing those lyrics like that from the top of your head?" Justin pressed on while handing me Emery, whom was now asleep . "I don't know Justin . The words just came out . But they weren't about anyone ." I assured. "Gabby I think-" before he could finish Jaron cut him off. "I think you should leave." Justin smiles cockily before nodding. "Yeah your right. But sweetheart I'm serious about the music thing.Your talented and I think you can make a career out of this.Hit me up some time or swing by the studio.Wait, better yet slide through my house like last time." Before I could say anything Jaron responded for me. "Not gonna happen. She's not interested now get out of our house ." Jaron's voice was slightly raised. Justin didn't say anything else. He just smiled to himself and walked to the door.

I walked upstairs putting Emery in her crib before going into my own room to lay down . It wasn't long until Jaron walked in. I just snuggled up under the covers. "So what's this about you making music ?" Jaron said as soon as he walked into the bedroom . "I'm not making music ." I said simply . "Well sure sounds like it ." He mumbled.

"I was just messing around. It was nothing serious. He practically begged me too so I just went ahead and sang a few notes . No big deal ." I sat up and faced the beautiful man before me. Why was he acting so immature ? "I believe you baby. It's just kind of odd to me that's all. I never heard you talk about music before but if that's your passion you should go for it." I grinned ear to ear. This was why I loved this man .
