Gabby's POV.

He looked down and when he seen the wedding ring that he gave me now in the palm of his hand his face dropped . "I want to be happy Justin ." I whispered closing his palm slowly . I saw Justin's face slowly start to turn red and his jaw clenched . "You don't think I want you happy ..." Justin's eyes closed and he slowly cracked each side of his neck . "If you honestly, truely love me like you say you do and you really want to make it up to me you'd do this for me ." I was hesitant at first. ...

I shot up from my sleep and was drenched in sweat . "Baby are you okay ?" Jaron turned on the light and moved closer beside me in bed. I was trying to catch my breath. "Baby you're crying , what's wrong?" I didn't even notice the tears myself . Once I controlled my breathing I looked at him. "I just had a bad dream ." I whispered .

Jaron nodded and kissed my cheek. "It's okay baby I'm here . It was only a bad dream. Your going to be okay . Now let's go back to sleep." Jaron gently pushed me back so I was laying down again. That wasn't a dream that was a flash back from the day me and Justin were finalizing our divorce . That emotional day . I lost my husband and miscarried his child that he didn't even know was there. Why was I being taken back to that dreadful day? 

I slowly moved out of Jaron's embrace and went to Emery's room. I needed comfort and not from Jaron. I walked into her room than remembered she was with her father . I knew maybe I would regret this but right now I just needed my daughter in my arms .

Justin's POV

RING RING RING

I groaned and put a pillow over my head to drown out the ringing from my phone . "Justin answer your phone ." Kendall muttered moving from me in bed. I reluctantly opened my eyes and reached on night stand and grabbed my phone . "It better be important." I muttered into the phone . "Sir I apologize about waking you up but your child's mother is here. I told her that you were asleep but she insists on seeing the baby now ."

Gabby's here . That made me jump out of bed. What brings her here at 3am in the morning . I threw on sweat pants and ran out my room. Whoa there... I walked back to my room and peaked inside . Kendall was fast asleep in my bed . I shut my door and headed down stairs . Gabby was standing by the door looking upset .

"Gabby what's wrong ?" I took in her appearance. She was wearing a simple t-shirt and leggings with UGG boots, her hair was in a messy bun, her eyes were red from crying it looked like . "Justin I'm sorry for coming so late but I just need to see Emery." She pleaded. "Is everything okay ?" I asked slowly . "Yeah I just need to hold my daughter." Her voice was frantic . I hope this wasn't a mental breakdown we were about to go through. I nodded to my security letting them know they could leave us .

I escorted Gabby upstairs to the baby's room. I flicked on the light and walked up to the crib. My angel was fast asleep . Gabby's eyes watered as she looked at our daughter . "Baby ." She whispered. Emery's eyes shot open at the sound of her mothers voice . "Hey baby ." Gabby smiled through tears. Emery made grabby hands at her mom and Gabby quickly picked her up . Emery looked at her closely than put her hands on Gabby's wet cheeks . "Mommy." Emery said . I had to do a double take cause I never heard her say that . Gabby just held her close .

I let them have a moment and walked out .I wasn't sure why Gabby was acting this way but I'll find out more in the morning . I guess I'd just let her sleep off whatever issue she was having ...

Gabby's POV

I woke up snuggled into these big blankets . I looked around and noticed I was in a bed and in a bedroom I wasn't familiar with . "Oh god please don't tell me I slept with him ." I said aloud . I threw the blankets off and saw that I was still fully dressed which was good . As long as I didn't sleep with him. "Hey sleepy head ." I looked at the door and saw Justin walk in holding a fully dressed Emery. "Mommy." She smiled . Justin gave her to me and covered her face with kisses.

"You alright sweetheart ?" I heard Justin ask as he took a seat on the bed beside me. I sat my baby in between my legs . "Yeah I'm fine." I answered. "You sure cause you seemed pretty upset last night . You and Jaron have a fight or something ?" Oh my god I forgot about Jaron. He's going to flip shit ! "And don't worry cause he already knows your here." Justin said as if he read my mind . "No we didn't have a fight . I just had a bad dream ." I nodded. I looked at Justin and seen him fight to hold in laughter. "You mean to tell me you came to my house at 3 in the morning because you had a bad dream." I lightly pushed him. "Shut up it's not like that ."

"Than what is it ?" Justin laughed . "It was more of a flash back." I mumbled. "Flash back of what ?" Justin looked concern now. "The day we finalized our divorce ..." Justin didn't look at me anymore . It was silent for a moment . "Gabby I'm sorry ." Justin finally said . "Don't apologize. It's in the past ." I said playing with Emery's hair ."I know but still. If I could do it all over again you would still be mine." I rolled my eyes . "We're not doing this Justin ."

"Doing what , Gabby I do wish I would of done things differently . Your the mother of my child and my ex-wife and I wish you were still my wife . " Justin said grabbing my hand . I didn't want to hear this right now . This was a mistake . "You don't mean that so stop talking bullshit to me ." I shook my head . "How I feel about you isn't bullshit . I mean this Gabby , I do wish things would of turned out differently ."

I didn't even want to think about any of this right now . I don't know what Justin's talking about but I heard enough. "Hey guys lunch is ready ." A female voice said . I looked at the door and my eyes grew large . It was a Kardashian , well Jenner ..same thing. She smiled at me than walked off . I looked at Justin. I could tell he was avoiding my stare . "Justin was that just a Kardashian ?" I glared at him . He looked at innocently . "Well technically she's a Jenner ." He smiled .

"Was she here the entire time Justin ? " I stood up from the bed ready to leave . I was pissed . "Gabby chill ." Justin stood up too . "No , you have a whole new woman around my daughter and didn't tell me ." "Um she's my daughter too." I rolled my eyes and picked up Emery. "Yeah well I don't want my daughter around any hoes of yours ." I huffed. "Kendall isn't a hoe. She's a nice girl actually ." Justin defended . "What is that your girlfriend ?" Justin hesitated to answer the question ." No she's not my girlfriend just a close friend ." I laughed sarcastically. "Unbelievable." I shook my head and walked over to slide on my shoes.

"What's the problem Gabby, you have a boyfriend that's around her 24/7 . He lives with you ." Justin said following behind me as I left the room . "There is no problem with you having a girlfriend or a close friend or whatever.The problem is you having my daughter around a female I don't even know about ." I was about to open the door when Justin took my hand off the nob. "Okay my bad your right . But honestly Kendall is cool . " "Whatever Justin I have to go ."
