Damien had thought that his wife had left inviting Elena over. It had been a few weeks since the switch happened. He opened the door letting her walk in. Elena looked over to him she wanted to make sure that his wife wasn't going to try to interfere. "She gone?"
"Yes, you have an hour." Damien knew unfortunately that was all the time he was going to be able to offer her for right now.
"Thats all the time i need." Elena didn't need much but she was starting to think she was crazy if she didn't do this.
"Come on." Damien nodded about to head up the stairs. When Alessia suddenly walked into the room.
"What is going on?" Alessia figured the two were sneaking around but catching them in the act was something different entirely.
Damien had sworn that she had left to go handle a few things. "I thought you were gone."
"What the hell is going on Damien." Alessia wanted her answers now. She wanted to know why he was lying to her and sneaking Elena into the house when he thought she was fine,
Damien turned to look at his sister in law he knew probably was a good idea to let her in on this. "Elena maybe we should-"
"No its none of her business."Elena didn't care if she wanted to know or not this didn't concern Alessia.
Alessia scoffed she didn't care what Elena had to say. "I am pretty sure that the secrets you are keeping with my husbands are my secrets."
Elena let out a dark chuckle she thought it was funny Alessia thought she was moving on. "He's not my type sweetheart and i am a very faithful person."
"I don't believe you your husband died." Alessia reminded. She knew that Valentino had died years ago. And that meant Elena was good to do whatever she pleased.
"You wanna know why I'm over here follow me since i know your house better than you do at this point." Elena walked past her with them following her to a door that at the end of the hallway that was locked. "You really want to know. "
"What is this?" Alessia didn't like that the two were keeping secrets.
"I'm such a horrible person." She opened the door walking in. Alessia walking in and stopping in her tracks seeing the hospice room with Valentino connected to the machines.
Alessia looked over to her she had sworn that they had a funeral for him. "Wait a minute"
"Your right it was my fault but i didn't kill him i loved him more than anything in the world and my jealousy got the best of me. I got him thrown in jail and then i got him out." She had always loved her husband and knew she had been wrong and did her best to Recife the mistake.
"I thought he died." Alessia knew the story he had died and they all blamed Elena for it.
"They have to return the body back to the wife it was a temporary drug. The guard i paid used to much so he is comatose until he wakes up." And Elena was making sure that he was going to wake up he had to.
"Are you always here?" Alessia asked, it did make sense why she always was here why Alex had always seen her.
Elena nodded it was complicated but she needed to do this for her sons. "I'm here when you don't even know I'm here. My sons hate me because they think he's dead i couldn't tell him. And now I'm even more determined to get him to wake up for Valentina. "
"And you didn't tell them?" Alessia scoffed she couldn't believe they would keep something that big from everyone especially Valentinos children.
"I didn't tell them because i didn't want to get their hopes up that he was alive cause i don't know whats going to happen." Elena knew she had no other choice but to wait until he came out because if she didn't it would be causing more harm then good.
"So lying to them is the right idea." Alessia asked,
Elena scoffed she didn't want to hear anything about lying coming from her. "Like you lied to Valentina did you see the way that she looked at you."
"She understood." Alessia argued she knew her niece understood why she had done what she had.
Elena took a few breaths willing herself to stay calm. She knew Alessia was never going to take responsibility for her actions no matter who she hurt in the process. "No she didn't what she understood was the fact that because you were her mother's sister that it didn't matter that her mother was a horrible person you still let her believe that her mom was this perfect person. You kept the fantasy for her."
"You think she's going to want another mother or that she believed that her mother was really going to sell her." Alessia was aware of her sisters faults but she wasn't a terrible mother.
"She did because she went home with my sons and she cried and her brother had to comfort her because she couldn't believe that her mother had tried to sell her." Elena knew this had been a lot for Val and she hated that she was going through all of this.
"I didn't-"
Elena was about ready to teach her a lesson cause along with being a horrible person she was also a horrible parent. " That is because you have hardly ever been a mother you don't understand the do's and don'ts. If you know that their going to find out and you know that it won't be from you don't lie. If you know that your going to be the one to tell them do lie. You don't know how to put children's feelings first. And that is sad."
"How would you know your kids kicked you out the first chance you got." Alessia reminded she knew that Elena had no right to judge with how things turned out for her.
"At least i raised them you don't even know your own kids. I'll see myself out I'm tired of you Sage bitches thinking that i won't beat a hoe. I'll back tomorrow to see my husband thanks Damien."

Elena walked into the house seeing the kids all in rhe living room watching movies. "What yall watching?""The fast sage heard it was good." Lorenzo answered. He knew after everything they just needed some family time.
"It is good." Valentina corrected this was literally one of her favorite series.
"Can I join?"
"Yeah."
