Aitravas: This beast was described to take the form of a serpent, bird and even a tornado. It was a form of god over the clouds and rain. This creature was said to control the weather, specifically the clouds and water. Not only could it control clouds and rain, but it could also "gives riches to the needy and may take from the greedy".
Note: Lithuania will have two forms. One serpentine form, a snake's tail with a colourful pattern from the waist down and a bird-like form, large colourful wings and bird's talons for feet. When Lithuania switches forms, small parts will remain. what I mean by that is if, for example, they were in serpentine form their wings would shrink in size but still remain. When in bird-like form, their tail-lower half becomes a normal tail. (Pictures of Lithuanias design)
