I fiddled with my auburn box braids as we made our way to the venue, my heart racing with excitement and nerves. I couldn't believe I was actually going to see Eminem live in concert. The anticipation was killing me.

As we entered the arena, the sound of the opening act's music reverberated through the walls. Justin grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the VIP section, where we had prime seats. I glanced around, taking in the sea of fans dressed in Eminem merchandise, all eagerly awaiting the arrival of the rap legend.

"You good?" Justin asked, sensing my nervousness.

"Yeah, I'm good," I replied, forcing a smile. "Just trying not to freak out too much."

He chuckled, knowing all too well how much Eminem's music meant to me. As we settled into our seats, I couldn't help but feel a wave of gratitude wash over me. I was so lucky to have Justin in my life, always pushing me out of my comfort zone and encouraging me to pursue my passions.

The lights dimmed, and the crowd erupted in cheers. My heart raced as Eminem took the stage, the beat of the music pulsing through my veins. I sang along to every word, losing myself in the music.

As the concert came to an end, I couldn't help but feel a slight sense of disappointment, I could've stayed in that moment forever, for the first time in a while I had been able to breathe and let go. I hadn't really thought about what would happen or how the mood would be after.

"That was amazing," Justin said, his eyes alight with excitement. "You enjoyed it, right?"

I nodded, still lost in thought. "Yeah. I just wish it was longer."

Justin smiled, taking my hand in his. "It ain't over yet. You really thought I was gonna let the opportunity slide?"  he flashed me the passes for a meet and greet.
