We return with our hero, now in his little boat, looking at a map his mother gave him. "So, with the little knowledge I have in navigation, the way the weather is, and this map, I can say...I'm lost," sheepishly said Y/n, looking out to the sea. "Tehehahaha, I wonder if I'm the only one with a bad start like that," he laughed.

It had been a few hours since he left his hometown of Grimdale, and he only let his boat sail on his own, sometimes evading tipping over due to strong wind.

"Who should be my first crewmate? Maybe a navigator straight away could be nice, or a cook? No, not for the first, somebody who can fight? Mom talked about poneglyphs sometimes. Maybe someone who can read them? She said it was rare nowadays," wondered Y/n, who hadn't noticed the wind increase and the darkening clouds.

"Hm?" now realising his condition, he grew a deadpan look. "Oh? Well, at least I wasn't sucked into a whirlpool. But a storm is not that great either," said Y/n, who started hurriedly trying not to sink.

After escaping the storm, he finally saw land not too far from his position. "Finally, some good news!" cheered Y/n, making his way towards the coast, where he could see a man fishing looking in his direction.

"Hello, fishing, sir. Can you guide me to the nearest village if you don't mind?" politely asked Y/n as the man gave him a suspicious look. "Young lad, tell me, are you a pirate?" questioned the man standing up.

He wore a red Hawaiian-type shirt, beige shorts and beige sandals. "Yes, sir! But I just started. So I'm looking for some crewmates before going to the Grand Line," responded Y/n with a smile.

After some time, the man sighed and pointed behind him. "You see this hill there? Behind it's the Emerald Village. You could find some information for your journey," said the man, causing his smile to grow even more prominently. "Thank you, sir, you're a lifesaver," said Y/n while bowing slightly.

After expressing his thanks, Y/n approached the hill until the man's voice caused him to stop. "Wait, young lad! Be careful. There are a lot of pirates roaming these few days, and they are not as friendly as you are," the man warned, looking at the back of Y/n.

"Tehehahaha, thanks for the warning, sir. But don't worry, I can't be the Pirate King without fighting some pirates," replied Y/n before walking towards the village.
