The sun hung high in the sky as the crew of the Bludgeon Pirates gathered with the ex-generals and the residents of the Gemstone Archipelago. Kibou stood next to Fuyuto as they watched the last preparation before the crew's departure.

"It has been an interesting few days," said Kibou, earning a laugh from Fuyuto. "Tell me about it. But at least everything ended well," he said. Nodding, Kibou hummed before looking at Fuyuto. "I hope you haven't forgotten your promise..." he lingered, making the mink smile at him.

"Come on, who do you take me for?" he replied, making Kibou nod with a smile. "You're right..." he paused before gaining a determined look. "The day you guys return, we will have our proper fight," he declared with a hint of excitement.

Fuyuto responded with a confident smirk. "Don't slack off then, Kibou," he said, turning to him. "Because I will only get stronger. So you better be ready," he replied. Then, a sigh made the two look behind at Fuyune, who approached them. "...you always manage to find yourself in rivalry," she complained.

Laughing, Fuyuto smiled at her. "You're one to talk," he said, making Fuyune furrow her brows. Then, feeling eyes on her, she could see Ayuna glaring at her, which she happily returned. "...she is just a sore loser," said Fuyune, making the two guys laugh.

"Don't mind Ayuna," began Kibou, making the siblings look at him. "She always pushes herself to be the best, and she hates losing more than anything," he explained, making Fuyuto nod. "Well, it reminds me of someone," he said, looking at Fuyune, who scoffed in response.

Near the shore, Mamoru was checking Souta's burn marks. "It will take some time. But you will heal," she explained, making him nod. Then, looking at his arms, he sighed. "Well, it's better than nothing," he said before smiling at her.

"Thank you," he said, making Mamoru bow. "It is my duty as your doctor," she said, making Souta chuckle. "Ahahaha! Don't let Y/n hear that," he said. Then, humming, she glanced behind her and saw Y/n talking with Sukeban.

"Your habits die hard, it seems," said a voice. Turning, they saw Kioku and Hikari approaching them. "It has always been my duty," said Mamoru, making Hikari smile. "I know," she said before Kioku grabbed her hands and smiled softly. "I'm glad you found your light again," she said before looking at Souta.
