Opening her eyes, Mamoru sat on her bed due to her lack of sleep. Since they finished the banquet with the royals, she had a weird feeling that something was happening. However, with the happy mood of the celebration, she couldn't think about it or mention it to Y/n.

'Maybe it's the lack of rest I had recently,' she guessed before shaking her head. 'No, it wouldn't make sense,' thought Mamoru before looking outside the window. 'While I was with Lord Kai and Lady Skylar, I only had this feeling when something bad was about to happen,' she realised.

Shaking her head again, Mamoru stepped out of bed before grabbing her sword. 'I won't get any sleep. So I might as well see if my instinct is correct,' she said before stepping out.

In the following minutes, Mamoru walked through the silent halls of the palace to find whatever caused her anxiety. Fortunately, she didn't have to wait any longer because she suddenly heard noises nearby, prompting her to run toward them.

Turning a corner, Mamoru saw a blood trail before her eyes landed on Lemuel's crawling body. Running beside her, she crouched beside the blonde woman before nimbly using a part of her cloth to stop her bleeding.

"W-why are you here?" wondered Lemuel as Mamoru tightened the knot. "I couldn't sleep because I had a weird feeling," explained the doctor, looking around. "Who did this to you?" she wondered as Lemuel took small breaths.

"I don't know...it was two of them, but..." she paused, making Mamoru glance at her. "I-I need to go protect our Majesties!" said Lemuel, trying to stand up but failing due to her pain.

Before Mamoru could say anything, she heard rapid footsteps, prompting her to grab the handle of her sword and prepare for whoever was coming. Thankfully, she didn't have to fight when she saw Rindo's face coming into view. "Mamoru? That's where you went!" she said with relief before her eyes landed on Lemuel.

"W-what happened?" she wondered, approaching the two. "People attack Lemuel and are targeting King Elio and Queen Helie," informed Mamoru, making Rindo nod. "I see," she said before looking at Lemuel. "Should we treat her injuries?" wondered Rindo, making Mamoru nod.

The two helped Lemuel to her feet before guiding her away. "D-don't worry about me! Their Majesties are the priorities!" Lemuel reminded them of the situation. However, Rindo's smile stopped her as they reached a room where they saw medicine items for her.
