"I will be happy to show you!" said Rekka before rushing at Rindo, who woke up with a frightened and battered breath. She looked around franticly. "You're okay, you're okay," came Azuma's voice. Stabilising her breathing, Rindo took notice of where she was. She then remembered her nightmare, making her grip the sheets.

"I brought you some food," said Azuma before handing her a plate. "The doctor said you needed rest and food, so I made it for you," he explained. Rindo, who sat up, took the plate and happily started eating. "Thank you," she said.

"It's delicious!" complimented Rindo, making Azuma send her a small smile. "I'm glad you are enjoying it," he responded before looking at her bandages. "...I'm sorry for not helping you," he said, making Rindo pause before smiling at him. "It's not your fault, and I know you tried to help regardless," she reassured him, making the mink nod.

A small silence fell on them before Azuma gained her attention. "...can I ask you something?" he asked, which made Rindo look at him. Swallowing her food, "Yeah, go ahead," she responded, seeing him lower his head slightly. "...why did you repeat it?" he asked, making her confused for a short moment before figuring out what he meant.

"...why? Because I had to," she responded, making him look at her. "You knew that it was going to cause you to be hurt! So it would be best if you said nothing or not that Y/n was going to be the Pirate King!" he said, but to his shock, he saw Rindo send him a small smile.

"...yeah...I should have done that," she said, lowering her head. "...but I couldn't," she responded, confusing Azuma. "What do you mean you couldn't? It was an easy task," he said, making Rindo shake her head.

"If I did that, I would be lying," she revealed, looking at Azuma. "I know I'm not strong enough. But my friends helped and encouraged me," she said before looking at the ceiling. "Y/n will be the Pirate King, and I believed it since I joined him," she said before remembering how he helped her hometown.

"He is strong, and I had to defend his dream when he couldn't," she continued, making Azuma silent. "I knew I didn't stand a chance, but I couldn't stop myself," explained Rindo, which made Azuma glance back at her. "His presence just gave me more confidence than I ever had," she said, making the mink grow a small smile before standing up.

"It seems that he is important to you," he said, making Rindo nod. "He is! I will support him as much as I can to accomplish his dream and mine," before hearing the door open and seeing the doctor and Yukiharu enter.
