"W-wait, it's your mom?!?" asked Fuyuto, seeing Shachi nod her head, making the crew look back at the woman. "Why do you sound so surprised?" she wondered with a smile before turning to Shachi. "You didn't tell them I was a marine?" she asked, making Shachi shake her head.

"...I did. But we didn't expect to see you in East Blue," she informed, making the woman shrug. "Fair enough," she replied. Then, looking back at them, she nodded. "Let me introduce myself then..." she trailed off, taking a small stance and smiling at them. "My name is Kana Hono," she introduced herself.

After this, Y/n gained her attention. "You said Riki talked about me?" he asked, seeing Kana nod. "He did, and I learned that you beat him," she said with a laugh, making him smile. "I did, but I felt like he wasn't going all out," he revealed, making Kana's gaze linger on him.

"Oh? And what made you say that?" she asked, which made Y/n shrug. "Call it a gut feeling," he said before Rindo gained their attention. "This is so weird," she mumbled, making them look at her. "What is it?" wondered Souta, seeing her furrowing her brows.

Shaking her head, Rindo looked back at Kana. "I know Usagi said not all marines were bad people," she began before lowering her head slightly. "...it's just weird to see it. No offence, though," she said, making Kana laugh. "None was taken," she reassured before frowning.

"But I did hear about Sundale Town's situation, and I'm sorry you had to live like this," she said before shaking her head and sighing. "Making sure things like this don't happen is one of my goals," she said before her gaze landed on Souta, making her raise an eyebrow at him.

Before she could question him, Shachi said, "...since you're not going to fight us, can we go?" making her mother smile. "You want to get rid of me so fast after all this time?" she wondered, causing Shachi's eyes to widen.

"W-what? No, of course not!" she defended before lowering her head. "I'm glad to see you. It's just..." she lingered, making Kana chuckle. "It's not because I'm a marine and you a pirate that I will hate you, you know?" she said, hugging her daughter and making Shachi relax. "...I was worried about it," she informed, making Kana smile.

"Are you happy with them?" she whispered, making Shachi raise her head and look at her. She then glanced back at the crew, seeing them send kind smiles. "...I am," she revealed, making Kana pull back. "Then that's all that matters to me," she informed Shachi before she returned to her friends' side.
