A paw nudged me on the shoulder exhorting me to wake up.
Doing so, I caught sight of a fed up monster pacing on the cafeteria table.
"How long was I asleep for?"
"Ehhh, twenty I guess...? I don't know."
It seemed like class finally wrapped up for the day, evident by the bell bringing me back from my drowsy state.
"Speaking of which, did you find anything interesting in the library?"
Questioning, Plopping himself on the seat across me.
"I haven't yet"
"How about you?"
"Mhm, some were complicated, but I skimmed through a dozen of them, till I found the holy grail."
"I stumbled on one, where you could teleport to wherever the heck you want, freaking cool right..."
I'm impressed he managed to even scout books in a short amount of time.
If there's a will, there's a way.
"And don't get me started on the Genie of the lamp, and the three wishes."
"Or turning somebody into a frog, then taking their place without anybody noticing at all!"
"A curse, for turning people into inanimate objects..."
And so on, and so forth...
From covering topics on crystals enhancing magical ability. To wailing plants, that'll make you black out cold upon hearing its cries.
How to be invisible and indestructible. Defense enchantments for wizardry duels.
Potions to impersonate someone for a short period of time. And lastly hexing someone to be in excruciating pain.
Through all that talking, an hour passed right under our nose.
And the said student was still absent.
"Okay... Class clearly ended a while ago, so he would've showed up earlier..."
"See, I called it I.R.R.E.S.P.O.N.S.I.B.L.E!"
The monster, jumped up in his seat from the affirmation.
"That Ace guy, is sure taking his sweet time"
"Who does he think he is, making me wait. I'm pissed!"
"If there were after dorm activities, Crowley would've atleast mentioned it."
"Eh, then again... That guy's kind of.... Forgetful, you know"
Raising a brow, he plopped back in the seat.
Yes....
Crowley IS irresponsible at times, but then again he doesn't quite organise these things...
