I knew the school library wouldn't have anything on the Victor Creel murders. So, I do the next possible things - go to the town library. As I'm walking down the street, I think to myself- I thought the guy murdered everyone, including all of his children. I feel kind of bad, because I am bailing on Max right now.Max is my best friend.

I enter the library, feeling much more safe then the public streets of Hawkins. I look over and see the librarian, who looks to be even older then the school librarian. I fake a smile and walk up to her. "Hi, can I have everything you have on the Creel murders?"

She raises a eyebrow. "Well the creel murders are a little before your times, aren't they, young lady?" She mentions. Just give me the damn newspapers.

After a little more convincing, she finally took me down to the basement, where they supposedly keep everything outdated by ten years. Kind of creepy if you ask me.

As I flip through the articles, I realized I should've brought someone along with me. Reading through all of this is going to take atleast an hour.

Victor Creel, 38, business man in Hawkins Indiana, murdered daughter and wife, leaving one child behind, Henry Creel.

I flipped through so many articles, and none told me where Henry Creel ended up. Victor, however, ended up in Penhurst asylum. I then feel my walkie-talkie begin to talk. "Okay listen you little shit, where are you? You were supposed to be here an hour ago. AN HOUR! Over." Steve's voice echos through the basements thin walls. Shit, I was supposed to go to family vide to have a movie night with everyone. "Shit shit shit," I murmur, grabbing my walkie-talkie from my bookbag. "Shit, I'm so sorry Steve, can you wait on me? Over." I sigh, standing up and swiftly grab everything. Thankfully, the library and family video are on the same street. "Yeah, were only waiting five minutes. Over and out."

I burst through the front-doors of the library before the librarian can even say "Have a nice day young lady!' and RUN towards the family video.

Every day after school, everyone, including me, Mike, Lucas,(if he doesn't have basketball practice) and Dustin, and Max, and now Eddie and Chrissy hangout at family video. Steve and Robin pick a movie and we all sit down and watch it on the big projector. Usually, though, everyone's been choosing to do homework.

Chrissy and Lucas are both on the verge of getting a scholarship to college because of their athletic abilities, so quite often they don't come. But, since today is a random Wednesday, practice isn't today.

I bust through the front doors of the family video, and everyone's eyes are directed towards mine. "Yo, where were you? We were waiting an HOUR, goodwill." Eddie complains, and Chrissy, who is sitting next to him rolls her eyes. "He's just groaning over it because he's tired of his lips being sore." Chrissy giggles, leaning in and kissing Eddie. Everyone does the fake gagging noise, but we all have to agree they're a extremely cute couple.

Steve and Robin come out of the backroom and Robin is holding a vhs tape behind her back. "Oh god, please don't be something scary," Dustin digs his head in his hands. "what, you've been having bad dreams, Henderson?" Steve asks.

"Drumroll please!" Robin anunciate the e on the end, and Dustin and Lucas both begin banging their fists on the floor like toddlers. "The breakfast club!" Robin shows the vhs tape and I groan as everyone else cheers. It's a relatively new movie, but I've already seen it. Twice.

The group in that movie kind of reminds me of the group sitting in this very room. There's the brains, Dustin, the athletes, Chrissy and Lucas, the basket case consisting of Eddie and Steve and Max, and I guess nobody belongs to the criminal. I guess Mike is a part of Basket case, too.
