As Lucy walks through the thick forest, the rain falls lightly against her pale skin. She takes a deep breath, inhaling the scent of the water.

Rain is one of the only reasons she loves the human world. She used to sneak up here all the time just to feel the rain on her skin. It's the closest thing to peace that she has.

A small smile forms on her lips as she lays down on the damp forest floor and lets the water trickle down her body.

Her mind is filled with deafening thoughts. She knows they don't trust her. But she doesn't know what else to do.

They can't know that she wants her brother dead. They can't know that they have to kill him for her.

Because if she kills her brother herself, it'll kill her too.

Lucy's parents had a spell out on them at birth. If one of them manages to kill the other, then they both die.

So when Lucifer snaked her throne out from under her, there wasn't anything she could do. But then the prophecy was found. And now she has hope.

She can become the Queen as she was always meant to be. And those boys...

They'll get their thrones too. As it should be. But destroying her brother is the most difficult thing she's ever tried to do.

She does love him. He's her twin brother, after all. But he's evil. Truly evil. He's letting Hell collapse in on itself. He's destroying their home. And the only hope she has to save it is the boys.

She can't tell them that she needs them to kill the Devil. They will think she's only using them for her selfish wants. But it's so much bigger than that.

She just doesn't think she can make them understand.

"Hello boys. Kill my brother so I can be the Devil. Thanks!"

Ugh. Lucy continues to lay on the muddy ground with her eyes closed, feeling the cool raindrops soaking her clothes and skin.

She wants to believe that they would see her good intentions. But they haven't lived down there in a century. And when they did live there, it was in locked cells.

They didn't see the destruction her brother is creating.

All for the sake of power.

Lucy's parents would be disappointed in him.

Her parents would probably be disappointed in her too.

She should've fought harder for the throne. But he had gained so many followers behind her back. He betrayed her just for the power of the Devil.

Maybe she should just tell them the truth. All of it.

Maybe she should tell them that she was the one who erased the memories of their human lives. None of their lives were very significant, but some of them had families.

So she erased their memories. To take away their pain of missing what they could never have again.

She's always taken away their pain, even when they first arrived in Hell.

When she brought them to Hell.

She tried to make the prophecy come true. When they came to their foretold ages, she found them and brought them to their new home. Watched them change into demons. They were finally there, where they belonged. After hundreds of years of waiting for them, of searching for them.

Lucy found the Princes.

And as soon as they entered Hell, they knew what they needed to do. They felt it. Who they are meant to be.

But Lucifer found out. He had them imprisoned. Wouldn't allow her to go near them.

He erased their memories of everything dealing with the prophecy.

And again, she had to wait. Bide her time. For hundreds of years.

But she found her opportunity. And she took it. She freed them.

A life on Earth would be better than a life imprisoned in Hell.

Yet again, Lucy was forced to stand back and watch her brother win.

But not again. Never again.

Hell will not suffer anymore because of her brother. It's her duty to fix it. To heal it. To rule it.

With those boys by her side.

She slowly sits up and realizes how filthy she's become from laying in the mud.

"Well shit," she frowns, looking at her ruined outfit.

She decides to drop by to see someone. Maybe he'll be nicer to her now that she's given him space.

Maybe he'll remember their connection and let her see the side of him that kept her smiling in her locked cell during all of those years.

"Sloth," Yoongi hears Lucy's voice whispering to him.

He groans loudly, reaching over to turn on the lamp on his bedside table.

"Ew," he scrunches his nose as he takes in her appearance.

She's soaking wet and covered in filth, water and mud dripping from her body and onto the floor.

"You're making a mess! Get out of here!" he exclaims, pointing at the door.

"Don't be rude. I just wanted to use your shower. But fine. I'll leave. Goodnight, Yoongi," she says, giving him a small smile before turning to leave.

Damn it.

"Wait," he says as she reaches for the doorknob.

She turns towards him expectantly, eyebrows raised.

He just wordlessly points to his bathroom.

She smiles at him again. "Thank you. I'll clean up the mess on your floor as well."

He nods silently and lays back down, letting his eyes flutter closed again, but he finds that he can't let his mind drift into unconsciousness.

Her face is etched into his mind.

She seems sad.
